Professional experience
Currently worked with M/s Monsanto India Limited (M.N.C. Seeds Company) Patna-from August 2013 to Sep.’2016 Admin incharge cum Operation Executive.
Roles and responsibilities:- • Update sales order (Seeds & Herbicides) on SAP Software for order processing &
release that as per customer Balance after discussed with R.S.M. & after that follow up from related warehouse for dispatch & reach on destination point within 24 Hours with all necessary documents.
• Update (attendance Reports) all the employees (Regular and Contract) after discussed with concern TM & R.S.M. and send those details to corporate office on monthly basis.
• Maintain compliance reports on monthly basis & details sent to corporate office on time.
• Manage day –to –day accounting process in system & sent one copy of all to Corporate office -Bombay on quarterly basis on time & one copy maintain for office records also
• Maintain Personnel office management and preparing M.I.S. report and communicate with our corporate office –Bombay.
• Update details of pre season activity reports & product demonstration activity reports & sent to corporate office timely on monthly basis.
• Maintain details of promotional material, gifted Items & Free sample of Seeds sent by corporate office / Plant & after that distributed them location wise accordingly & sent stock reports also on time to corporate office monthly basis.
• Maintain godown temperature for Seeds stock that kept for dispatch to customers.
• Maintain hybrid /location/distributor wise invoices of Seeds & customer Payment that statement details sent to respective customer to the concern territory Manager timely on monthly basis.
• To do the documentation regarding new distributor appointment (by Salesforce.com) software.
• Liaise with regional office to raise invoices, customer payment receipt, credit
Note, debit Note (Crop wise, sales return & freight given by distributors) th. SAP. • Place season /hybrid wise sales order after discussed with Territory Manager,
Sales Trainee, M.D.O.& confirmed by R.S.M., after confirmed that, update in warehouse also for dispatch that order & maintain date wise DPR report on daily basis in system.
• Writing email regarding overdue payment to TSM & other related for finance & market promotional material. Gift those receipts in regional office to concern sales team members & R.S.M.
• Update gift items received from corporate office & dispatch after location & product details provided by R.S.M. & after that Stock details mail to corporate office on monthly basis.
• Coordinate with marketing team to Communicate with various marketing officers regarding outstanding payment & payment for advance booking scheme, orders for sales our products & sales return of materials for issuing Credit note.
• Update all statement related to our respective customers & coordinate with T.M. S.T. & M.D.O. For distribution that regular on monthly basis.(by SAP Analyzer Software).
• Update all hybrid wise /Season wise Price circular, schemes & communicate to our sales Team members before billing started for respective distributor on time.
• Coordinate for accommodation & travel booking to Team Member. • Monitor hygiene environment at work place.
