The EY Delivers-Global Methods Platform integration will provide the ability to import Global Methods from the Global Methods Platform to newly created EY Delivers engagement and new and existing Project sites within the Advisory, Assurance, TAS and Tax based Service Lines. This integration will also pull in any EMM content that exists for the global method(s). At the time of provisioning a new Engagement site from RTS, the ability to select global methods and pull Engagement Management Content into Tasks, Guidance (i.e., links to detailed guidance in the method webs) and Work Products will be populated in the EY Delivers Task Lists and Shared Document library.

P&G’s sourcing organization wants to leverage SharePoint platform to revamp Contract Manager Application on SharePoint platform. Contract Manager is the web-based contract authoring, approval, reporting and analysis application that delivers an organized and reliable single repository for purchasing. A workflow will be triggered to start an approval process and this will intimate the Band approvers for doing the review and vice versa once it is done. The contracts will be singed electronically and this process will avoid obtaining manual signatures.

The tool is used at automate the meetings created by the HR Department. Usually the HR People goes to the outlook application and blocks the meeting room. But they didn’t have the provision to upload the multiple user to invite to the meeting and not able to take the reports for the month. So this SharePoint Portal creates a responsive UI, that can be used through multiple devices and it helps the user to block the room at any time and also able to take the reports on any dimension and also able to upload the multiple users.
