Automation to update CVR value - Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS): Design and developed ALV report to update CVR parameter. While running in

Foreground User can only view the report. However, when a background job will be scheduled, program will update the CVR value.

Designed and developed Custom table to store the Data entry profile value for different Molga, CoCode, Personnel Area, Personnel Sub area etc.

System refresh : Perform Sanity, Functional & Technical testing. E-form testing & logging the defect in ALM. Master data upload (PA).

HANA migration/TR upgrade project : HANA Code remediation (Performance changes) using code inspector. Testing Adobe forms (e-forms). Verification of Workflow i.e. Forms have completed the workflow and traversed the

correct role for the respective forms Analyzing & fixing the error occurred during testing. Analysis of SAP Note to be implemented or not.

HCM Processes & Forms : a. Adobe Forms : Designed & developed forms to automate the processes like STA (Short Term

Assignment), LTA (Long Term Assignment) etc. Verification of Workflow i.e. Forms have completed the workflow and traversed the

correct role for the respective forms. Performing SIT for e-forms.

SIT/UAT/Post go-live issue fix. Classes : Developed & customized Classes to populate default data required in

form (Adobe & FPM Form) field. Logic to validate the required field entries are completed. Throw error message on wrong entry/blank field.

b. FPM Forms - PoC : Feasibility study of different FPM components to trigger form via Roadmap or can be

triggered directly as required. Configuration of SPRO settings like Parameters (e.g. Initiator role, Process) to be

passed, Display hierarchal view. Designed & developed a FPM form to automate the process of creating/update/end Org

Unit, Position & Cost center. ASR_PROCESS_START_OVP & ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP applications are used to

trigger the form.

Data Dictionary : Design and developed custom tables providing search helps. Created views to maintain data in tables.

Function Module : Developed RFC function module to get currency conversion details from other system. Developed function modules to achieve reusability of functionality used in different

programs. Developed RFC function module to get Infotype from other system.

Reports / Programs :

Performing HANA code remediation using code inspector. Developed a report displaying the contact & organisational data of employees Customized the existing ALV report by adding/deleting columns to support the salary

revision and variable pay process. Developed ABAP Report processes HRMS system data with input provided by the user in

selection screen and places it into application server as files daily/weekly/at different intervals according to the scheduled jobs.
