Planning and Organizational
Successfully completed the planning and organizing of events without any delays. I like to plan and
organize irrespective of the size of the work load as it gives clarity to me as well as the people around
me.
Communication
I have a good command over the English language as I have been fluently talking English well over a
decade. All interactions at my previous work place and in my educational institutes have made me
confident in communication in English. I am very confident about the way I speak as I believe and have
been told I am very clear at making people understand what I am exactly saying.
Teamwork
Handled a team and built a very good understanding with every member to curb every situation
effectively and efficiently. I was always aware if any team-member had any difficulties and helped them
out immediately. I am aware that for a team to function well the chemistry and team spirit should
always be positive and high and hence make sure it is.
Leadership
Being able to guide a group or help out a person comes naturally to me. As I have the ability to
understand people and establish a relationship in a short span of time. I am very efficient in delegating
work and also at the same time do my work effectively.
