TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 17 years of working experience in Indian Air Force and possesses following experiences:-
9 years on TS11 ISKRA and Mirage2000H/TH as Senior Aircraft Technician (Instrumentation).
08 years as Aircraft Systems (Electrical and Instrument) supervisor.
Maintenance and overhauling of aircraft electrical and instrument systems:
Carrying out of Scheduled Servicing of the aircraft and its accessories. Rectification of aircraft snag related to Electrical Power Generation and
Distribution System, Flight Instruments, Engine Instruments, Performance Instruments, Fuel Flow Control and Metering System, Hydraulic System (Indication), Flight Data Recording System, HUMS System, Gyro System, Navigation System (Gyro and Inertial) Automatic Flight Control System (Auto Pilot), Oxygen System, Liquid oxygen, Fire control System etc. by referring Schematic circuit diagram, wiring album diagram and service manuals.
Carrying out modification, SI, STI of several electrical system of Hawk Mk132. Working experience in AC/DC Motors and Generators, Alternators and Inverters. Hydraulic power and control system. Pneumatic power and control system.
Aircraft air-conditioning and pressurization system. Worked with storage battery(Lead Acid and Alkaline battery). Documentation of Aircraft Servicing / Snag Rectification. Testing and Calibration of Aircraft Components in Laboratory. Liaising with the repair agencies for procurement/maintenance of LRUs. Handled production and maintenance projects of Hawk Mk132 and Mirage. Performed managerial tasks as in charge of Aircraft Electrical and Instrument
systems. Store keeping Material management Managing and forecasting spares for maintenance. Developed documentation and technical procedures for technical activities.
