Professional Experience: 2011 Designer & Intern with architectural firm, Smith and Others Architects, in San Diego, Ca 2011 Property manager with development & architecture firm, Brett Farrow Architects, in Cardiff, Ca 2008 Internship with an engineering design firm, ChersonProm, in Los Angeles, Ca 2007 Internship with an architectural firm, WLC Architects, in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca 2006 Internship with an architectural firm, DC Architects, in Upland, Ca Selected Projects: August 2011 to Current: Smith and Others Architects- Prepared development packages, created financial analysis pro-formas for potential properties, zoning code evaluations, presentation drawings, construction work, rough to finish carpentry, schematic designs for multiple re-model projects, collaborated with clients and consultants. April 2011 to February 2012: with Brett Farrow Architect- Prepared zoning analysis documents and case studies for the new small lot ordinance in San Diego; presented to the San Diego planning department for improvements to the current draft ordinance. Property manager for Mr. Farrow’s 10-unit commercial studios in downtown San Diego. June 2008 to September 2008: with ChersonProm- Worked alongside engineers to help design and fabricate the exhibition, "Yakouza Lou" at Materials and Applications on Silver Lake Blvd. Organized presentations, modified construction documents and helped prepare a patent drawing. Welding, soldering, wiring and research skills were practiced. June 2007 to August 2007: WLC Architect- Managed five projects; involved making changes to construction documents for DSA approval. All projects were school ADA modernizations. The internship involved site visits while working directly with consultants. Organized submittals, change orders and other duties of a project manager in the field. June 2006 to September 2006: with DC Architects- Mainly involved working closely and assisting project managers and project architects. Also, attended meetings with general contractors, engineers and other consultants. Site visits, project organization and involvement with minor design decisions were practiced.
