Prepare food tray items and pizzas for floor sales. Organize trays by date while restocking the items on the floor being taken by customers. Stock items in the cooler. Skewer up raw chickens for the rotisserie chicken room. Also load the ovens up with skewers of chicken as they are running low. Logged every oven that was thrown in for safety precautions and to see how sales were. Closing duties for both deli room and rotisserie chicken room. Duties included dishes, wiping
