Fred Ochieng’ is a multi-talented individual with over 5(five) years’ experience working on a wide range of
administrative duties both at ground implementation and high level policy discussions, and in various capacities, both in
technology, management and social research.
He works under minimum supervision and has the ability to listen and learn more to what he has and always aim at
achieving Goals.
He is fully able, self-motivated, and result-oriented person with a well developed interpersonal and communication
skills.
He has a high level of integrity, trust and ready to work as a team. Good at time management and ability to meet
deadlines.
In his current function as the project operations manager at the High Tides Ltd, Fred has been able to steer a series of
projects, both long term and short term in nature. He is also responsible for advising the management on operations and
