Premier Health Center offers you affordable & Customisable Home collection Service PREMIER HOME CARE is a convenient, technology driven platform that serves as a one stop solution for your patients. It is a home collection for all lab services, offering patients the convenience of making their choice based on time, comfort, location and turnaround time. Patients also enjoy the added luxury of getting their samples collected in the comforts of their home by a trained phlebotomist.

Patients can fix HOME CARE Service by calling our 24/7 patients care number and get info on specific test and profiles that need to be done. PHC shares all the relevant details, including price, quality and certifications, typical turnaround time etc. Patients can then choose the time of Home Care they would like to engage with.

Once our PREMIER HOME CARE team is contacted, patients can schedule home sample collection requests at a convenient date & time. The request gets transmitted to our phlebotomists operating in the area. Phlebotomist accepts the request based on their availability. Our phlebotomist will go to the patients home at the scheduled time to collect the sample in a safe & hygienic method and deliver it to our nearest PHC. The techn ology dr iven sample co l lec t ion process an d transportation of samples in a specially designed box, ensures superior sample quality, enabling accurate result.

Under the Hospital Lab Management (HLM) model, we set-up clinical laboratories in newly established hospitals as well as manage “in-hospital” clinical laboratories in existing hospitals, to conduct onsite testing as per the hospital's requirements. Pursuant to the terms of our contractual agreements, the hospital typically provides space and access to its utilities and other infrastructure, and we provide the diagnostic equipment, and responsible for all costs relating to personnel, consumables, including purchase of equipment, training of manpower and other administrative responsibilities pertaining to the laboratory. Our agreements are exclusive in nature, and generally for terms ranging from three to ten years.

We adopt a 360-degree approach in our laboratory services. We offer a comprehensive array of tests across a wide spectrum of specializations, including biochemistry, hematology, immunology and serology to name a few. Our promise to partnering hospitals is to assume complete responsibility for its laboratory services. We are equipped to cater to a diverse range of medical establishments, ranging from 20 bed clinics to medical colleges with 750 beds. As of Nov 2019, we have 77 laboratories under the HLM at Premier Health Center.
