Restrict An iPhone To Calls Only
Select “Settings”
Select “General”
Select “Accessibility”
Select “Guided Access”
Turn On Guided Access
Select “Passcode Settings”
Select “Set Guided Access Passcode”
Enter your passcode twice
Select “Guided Access”
Turn on Accessibility Shortcut
Select “Phone”
Go to Favorites
Add contacts you want the phone to be capable of calling.
It is highly recommended you create an “Emergency Services” contact and add it to this list.
Press the Home button rapidly three times
Select “Options”
Ensure at least these four items are enabled,
then select “Done”
Draw boxes around these areas of the screen
Select “Resume” or “Start”
This is what the screen will look like.
The only functions available on the phone will be On/Off, Volume, and calls to contacts in
the Favorites list.
To turn Guided Access off, press the Home button rapidly three times and enter your
passcode.
Each time the passcode is entered incorrectly,
the phone is locked for progressively longer
periods of time.
