Phuket’s Newest Destination for Live SeafoodPalm Seafood

Phuket island now has another incredible seafood dining destination. Twinpalms Resort proudly presents its newest restaurant: Palm Seafood. Offering vibrant flavours to seafood aficionados along withthe exotic sights of a prime Bangtao beachfront location, the restaurant is just 700 metres from the five-star resort.

Opened in early January 2015, the restaurant rapidly built a good reputation among residents and tourists alike. With the same designer as the resort, Palm Restaurant reflectsa stylish contemporary design. The venue, compared to the other beachside restaurant by Twinpalms, is a bit more serene as it’s nestled away from crowds and boasts unique views of the Andaman Sea dotted with fishing boats.

Palm Seafood serves an ar-ray of fresh seafood including Phuket lobster, white snapper, mantis prawn, blue crab, king

prawn, Andaman prawn, squid and more – all cooked to your

preference.


A large tree that was retained as part of the design marks the entryway, where professional staff members greet you with a welcoming smile.A live seafood station is set in the centre of the restaurant next to a spacious dining area that can serve up to 157 guests. A sunken seating area and the beachside tables next to the bar are the most desirable spots,andadvance reservationsare recommended.

Palm Seafood serves an array of fresh seafood including Phuket lobster, white snapper, mantis prawn, blue crab, king prawn, Andaman prawn, squid and more – all cooked to your preference. In addition to live seafood, the restaurant also offers some delicious local and imported selections for seafood lovers to experience.

Recommended main dishes include Grilled Boston Lobster with garlic butter rice; or Campaign Risotto with seared Hokkaido Scallops and green asparagus. For those who love the aroma and rich flavours of Thai food and herbs, the

restaurant’s Black Crab with yellow curry powder is a sensuous delight. The dish has an appetizing aroma and is bursting with flavour.

The favourite Tom Yum Goong with steamed rice will never disappoint – it’s a true Thai classic. Thai dishes are served in large portions for Thai style meal sharing; and are ideal for family and friends to experience many dishes at once.A perfect sweet ending to a spicy dining session in the summer weather, coconut ice cream is one of many delicious choices on the dessert menu.
