Priorities:1. Public Health
• Provide the safest environment possible for students, educators, families, and the community.
2. Student Education• Provide the best educational experiences possible while adhering to
public health guidelines.

Public Health (subject to change):
• 6 feet social distancing (all scenarios)• No communal use of common spaces (cafeteria/gym)• Staff and student masks recommended• Symptom screening expectations• Hand-washing and hygiene protocols• Group gathering limitations of 10 people; students plus teacher
Hybrid and Remote Learning
To adhere to these guidelines, the plan focuses on two educational models.
Hybrid: Smaller groups of students attend school for in-person learning on a limited schedule. Students also engage remotely when not in-person.
Remote: Students engage remotely (similar to current environment).

Education (subject to change):
• Remote Learning - Available for all students• Hybrid Learning - In-person is optional for all students• First Day of School - Tuesday, August 18

● May 13 - “DRAFT” and feedback opportunities from Administration (internal) stakeholders (PAC). Teacher advisory, JCEA, JESPA, JCAA leadership
● May 22 - “MODEL” is shared in the Community Update with opportunity for feedback
● July - “PLAN” informed by feedback (5/22) and public health guidelines
