With modern hotels increasingly focusing on the attributes of design and aesthetics for interiors, Amtico flooring was the top choice when it came to the refurbishment of this beachside hotel in Noordwelle, Netherlands.

Due to the high number of guests, the choice of flooring not only has to score optically, but also has to be hard-wearing and easy to clean. The idyllic Resort Land & Zee Hotel is located on the island of Schouween-Duiveland, behind the

dunes near the beach. The hotel choose a floor covering from Amtico to emphasise the high quality interior and give the rooms a special touch. An extraordinary floor covering was in demand and for this reason Stellar Bronze from the Spacia collection was laid on 300 square metres. The texture and mixed gray hues of this beautiful , architecture inspired design work in every interior, adding a twist on the hotel’s rooms and corridors.

Designed to last, Amtico Spacia comprises 104 products and patterns across Wood, Stone and Abstract palettes that deliver exceptional fl oors. The Spacia collection of products offers design-led quality along with superb durability, thanks to a 0.55mm and 0.3mm wear layers, which are backed by a 10-year warranty.

Stellar is one of the new and innovative abstract patterns of the collection. The subtle geometry of the decor plays with light and shadow, creating movement. This creates fl uid dynamics and texture in the resort’s premises with the near-perfect precision.

All these spaces have a sound optimisation of 18 dB, and comfort increased.
