Resort Guidelines

A. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your reservation balance. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

B. Cancellation: If you find it necessary to cancel or change plans, please contact the Main Office at (573) 873-9400 and/or send an email to info@redoakresortrvpark.com. Any reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date will receive a full deposit refund.

C. Smoking: No smoking allowed in the accommodations or buildings. If violated, you will be charged a $250.00 restore fee.

D. Golf Carts/ATVs: You must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Dirt bikes and go karts are not allowed in park.

E. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. F. Swimming: Pool time is 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 years old must be supervised at the lake and pool areas. No glass, food, or pets allowed in the pool area.

G. Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of the accommodations. Service animals must be confirmed at the front desk. All animals must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

H. Speed Limit: Please obey our 10 miles per hour speed limit. PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN.

I. Trash: There is a trash dumpster on site for your convenience. Please see the site map for location or contact the Main Office.

J. Condo Parking: One car per condo is allowed in condo parking lot. Overflow parking can be found in gravel lot next to office.

K. Fireworks: No fireworks, firecrackers, rockets or any type of explosive are allowed on the grounds at any time.
