A Resolution to have Merchandise Booth

WHEAREAS, According to Sec. 3 Article II, USC JPIA Division 1 aims to engage in informative and social activities for the fellowship, enjoyment and improvement of the minds and morals of its members;

WHEAREAS, In order for its officers to organize activities of utmost quality, funds must be needed to finance essential costs of activities;

WHEAREAS, The officers need to find ways to finance its cost of activities in order for its members to still enjoy high-quality activities and programs without them having to pay additional fees;

WHEAREAS, The proceeds of the activity shall be used to finance the first semester cost activities, specifically for the Division Days, Year-end Party, Concert for a cause, and etc.

RESOLVED, that the Division 1 Shirts shall be supplied by its official supplier, which is of good repute, Uniform Solutions Inc.;

RESOLVED, that Receipts shall be issued to the buyers of such items;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the Division 1 Executive Treasurer and his assistant shall be the main proponents of this fund raising activity.
