the information of fee deposition to the institute lies with the students only. For Students who are depositing the fees in 2 or more installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a NACH (National Automated Clearing House) Form or fill and submit the

DI (Debit Instruction) form for the installments at the time of depositing the 1st Installment. Students must ensure that at the time of submission of the challan's copy to the institute, Branch Code and Journal Number must be mentioned on it. This journal

number would be issued by the Bank. The student should preserve the original copy of fee deposition (it may be Challan Copy/ Bank Receipt or the Receipt issued by institute) throughout the academic

session. The student may be asked to produce it as and when required in the institute.

(C) INNOVATIVE METHODS: The Most convenient and hassle free modes:For the convenience of the parents/students, keeping in view the time and hassles involved in depositing fee, Resonance has made specific arrangement as regards opting the most convenient option for the payment/deposit of fee which are explained hereunder:(1) Through NEFT mode: This can be done opting any one of the following two ways:(I) Using your computer : Like any other payments you make using net banking through NEFT, the fee payable to Resonance Eduventures Limited can also be paid in the similar

way following two steps – (a) Creating ‘Resonance Eduventures Limited' (IFSC Code - UTIB0CCH274) as beneficiary, and (b) transacting the payment to ‘Resonance Eduventures Limited’, the beneficiary.

OR(ii) Visiting your bank branch : If you do not have net banking facility or do not have a computer for using this facility then you still can make the on line payment of the fee payable

to ‘Resonance Eduventures Limited visiting your bank branch and by filling up a simple form prescribed by your bank for making the payment through NEFT. Please note that making payment through this mode is a better substitute in terms of cost and time involved of making payment through Demand Draft/Pay order.

In accordance with the details provided through this form by you to your bank, your bank will make the on line payment through NEFT and ensure the transfer/credit of fee amount , as authorized by you, in our (Resonance) bank account.

PS: For this purpose certain information is required to be filled up, Please call our team on _______________________ for details.

(2) Online payment through payment gateway: Using (i) Net Banking, or (ii) Debit card, or (iii) Credit card – on the Web site www.resonance.ac.in :- If you wish to make online payment using computer then this is the most convenient mode of payment for which you need not to go anywhere only for the purpose of depositing the fee. If you have Net Banking facility then we advise you to opt for the same while using the payment gateway since this is the most economic mode of payment.

The facility of on line payment using Net Banking is the most economic mode of payment, which can be used only at a charge of Rs. 12/- + the applicable Service Tax, per

transaction to be charged from your bank account. However, in absence of Net Banking, if you wish to pay the fee using the designated Credit or Debit Cards through the

on line mode then the charge would be 45/-+the applicable service tax to be deposited.

We have made a specific feature in this mode of payment – you can also mark the amount of your second installment of fee due along with the execution date

(the due date of your second/next installment due). For your convenience we will give you a reminder/SMS alert about the amount of such next fee installment due to

be charged from your account a week before of such execution date.

(3) By filling up the Debit Instruction (DI) form as attached in your prospectus (ResoGuide): This is again an another convenient mode of payment which is the substitute of using your cheque book. The important feature of making the fee payment through this mode is that you can fill up the details in this form for both/all the installments payable (for payment of second/subsequent instalment the execution date will be mentioned by you which will be the due date of payment of your second/relevant instalment).

This is a direct transfer of the fees from your account to Resonance account without getting clearing involved since both the accounts are the same bank having no charges involved.

However, this mode of payment can only be used if you have bank account with any of the following eight banks, which are the designated banks with whom we have made a specific tie up:- (i) State Bank of India (SBI) (ii) State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) (iii) Punjab National Bank (iv) HDFC Bank

Sample of filled up DebitInstruction (DI) form is shown here:

Sample of NACH Form is shown below:

(v) ICICI Bank (vi) Axis Bank (vii) IDBI (Viii) Central Bank of India

This form has to be signed by the Account Holder only, who will sign in the appropriate boxes on the bottom of the form towards the right hand side of the

form. Please make sure that your signatures on the form should match to your signatures with the bank and all the details are filled up correctly especially your bank account number and the roll number. The DI form number will be the same as your Roll number. By using this mode of payment you can avoid making a separate visit to your bank or any other specific arrangement for this purpose. For your convenience we will give you a reminder about the due amount of such next fee installment to be charged from your account a week before such execution date.

By using this option you will also avoid the collection of post dated cheque from you, which otherwise is mandatory as mentioned on Page No. 29 of ResoGuide. While using this mode, please make sure to make available the adequate balance in your bank account before the execution date(s) as applicable.(4) By swiping the Credit/Debit Card: The other convenient mode of fee payment is through credit or debit card by swiping the same on the EDC machines at the respective centre of Resonance. The due amount of fee through credit card can be paid provided there is adequate available limit in the respective credit card(s). In case of this swiping mode the convenience fee of 1%+service tax will be charged from you. You are also supposed to bring the one of the ID proofs of the Card Holder at the time of swiping of card such as PAN card, Driving License, Voters card, or Aadhar Card.

This mode of fee payment may be convenient for you under certain specific circumstances, however, in order to avoid this convenience fee we advise you to use the other convenient modes for payment of fee.

We have made a specific tie up in case of HDFC Credit Card for payment of fee in 3, 6, 9, 12 monthly installments (EMIs) which will involve a rate of interest in the rage of 13 to 16% p.a. for your comfort and convenience.

(5) National Automated Clearing House (NACH): National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has implemented “National Automated Clearing House (NACH)” for Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates and Government a web based solution to facilitate interbank, high volume, electronic transactions which are repetitive and periodic in nature. NACH System can be used for making bulk transactions towards distribution of subsidies, dividends, interest, salary, pension etc. and also for bulk transactions towards collection of payments pertaining to telephone, electricity, water, loans, investments in mutual funds, insurance premium etc.How is it used? All Banks in India who are members of any Payment System / Channel approved by the Reserve Bank of India would be allowed to participate on NACH system as “Destination Banks”,on submission of necessary Agreement. These Banks would be allowed to process transactions through NACH, as well as, process Mandates and update the Aadhaar Mapper. They would be allowed to participate on NACH system as “Users”, on submission of necessary Agreement, through their Sponsor Bank.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is the difference between online payment using payment gateway at the site of Resonance vis a vis making the online payment using the NEFT Mode going through the web site of the respective bank ?

Ans. Technically both the mechanisms are identical and similar and in both the modes the login and password of your net banking will be required. In case of payment gateway the extra step of creating and adding beneficiary i.e. ‘Resonance Eduventures Limited’ is not required. In addition, the payment gateway mechanism makes a direct route of transfer of amount from your bank account to the bank account of Resonance, which makes it relatively simpler and faster. In addition, we may keep a quick track of the receipt or failure of the amount for a quick confirmation to you. Therefore, we advise you to prefer the payment gateway route as compared to NEFT route.

2. If we encounter difficulty or failure of technology in executing the fee payment using the payment gateway or NEFT whom should we approach for the necessary assistance?

Ans. You may call up on 9529936404 or 9529936409 for necessary assistance in this matter. Alternatively, you may mail for the required assistance on [email protected].

3. I have received the Debit Instruction (DI) Form and filled it up also for execution of the both the installments for fee payment, where should I send the same and how the fee payment process will take place?

Ans. We have provided you a self addressed (at Resonance Kota) envelope for your convenience. Please insert the duly filled up and signed DI form and dispatch the same preferably through Speed Post by paying the applicable charges (please avoid the ordinary post).

We, on receipt of the same, quickly (preferably on the same day if received by 12.00 p.m. or otherwise next day) send the same to the respective Bank for amount of transfer of fee amount from your account to the account of Resonance. Our team will send a confirmation of such credit in our account through SMS to you on the mobile number of the Account Holder provided on the DI Form.

The Percentage of Service Tax is being considered as per the current decision of central government. However, if any revision is done in the given Tax Structure, the same would be implied directly to the student. In case of any hike it shall be charged from the student.

A student applied/appeared for ResoFAST for a particular date and declared successful (with/without scholarship); he/she will have to deposit the fee as per the date schedule attached to that particular ResoFAST Date only. A student shall not be allowed any flexibility in shifting/postponing the date of ResoFAST once he has applied or extending the fee deposition once he/she has been declared successful with/without scholarship.A student's application for ResoFAST is date-bound. Once the date of ResoFAST & its related schedule is over; all benefits attached to this particular date of ResoFAST shall be ceased.A student can apply/appear in ResoFAST for only one date with one Admission Packet. For applying/appearing for another date of ResoFAST; one has to buy a fresh/another admission packet of ResoFAST by paying the requisite fee.

4. This form is in three copies – which copy to be sent and which one to be kept by us?Ans. The first copy (original copy in white colour) is Bank’s copy and second copy (in green colour) is Resonance copy. The third copy is in yellow colour, which is your

(parent’s) copy. These are in self carbon form and have to be filled putting all together and filling up the white (original copy). The other two copies will, on its own carry the writing impression. The white (original) and green (second) copies are to be inserted in the self addressed envelope and the third copy (the yellow colour copy) is your copy which you will keep with you.

5. Can I deposit the DI form at the respective Centre (City) of Resonance instead of sending the same by courier to Kota?Ans. No, the same can not be deposited at the branch/centre at any other city. Since the processing of these forms can only be done in Kota, therefore, we advise you to

insert the same in the self addressed envelope and dispatch to Resonance, Kota only. Branches are advised not to accept there but to advise you to directly send the same to Kota.

6. What should be the dead line (the last date) by which the DI form should reach to Kota through Speed Post/Courier etc.?Ans. You will get to know the last date through this Reso guide or through the respective branch or centre in your city or through our Call Centre team about the last date of

deposit of fee for the respective/applicable course. However, it is pertinent to note that the last date for opting the fee deposition through the DI mode would be two days prior to the general date as the last date of payment. For example if the last date, in general, is 25th February then to opt for DI as mode of payment would be 23rd February by which the DI form should reach to Kota. (This is to avoid any hassles involved due to the last day being Sunday/Holiday.)

As a matter of an abundant caution we advise all the parents to carry some amount of cash – at least Rs. ______/- to deposit and to ensure provisional admission subject to realization of the fee pending in the process completion or delayed receipt of the speed post etc. Such amount (Rs. _____/- or so) would be subject to refund if after completion of the fee realization process through the relevant mode(s) of fee payment, if it is eventually realized in excess.

7. In case We have dispatched the DI form inserting the same in the self addressed envelope by speed post and the same has not reached before the last date, as applicable then how to ensure that our case be considered for admission and batch allotment?

Ans. Yes, in that case you have to deposit the fee through any other suitable mode. In such a case you are advised to make sure getting in touch with our call centre teams or on the numbers provided i.e. __________________ about the receipt of the DI Forms at Kota before the last date, as applicable.

8. If I have paid the first installment of the fee applicable through cash/DD/payment gateway/NEFT/Debit or credit card etc. but I wish to pay the second installment through DI form which I find more convenient in order to avoid the difficulty in future or to avoid payment through Post dated cheque, Can I do so?

Ans. Yes, you are welcome and are strongly recommended to pay your second installment of fee through DI form, if you have opted any other mode for payment of your fee for the first installment. In that case please strike off the column provided for the first installment and only fill up the second installment and also sign within the appropriate box assigned for the purpose of second installment for signature and strike off the remaining boxes. Now, the duly filled up DI form should be inserted in the self addressed envelope and should be dispatched to Resonance Kota preferably through the Speed Post.

9. If we are taking admission in another city (other than Kota) at the respective Resonance Centre, can we use the DI form for payment of our fee?Ans. Since the arrangement of processing of DI forms has been made with the banks situated at Kota only therefore we have not provided this particular mode of

payment at any other location, therefore you are advised to use the other modes of payment in such cases. However, for payment of second or subsequent installments of fee payment we advise and encourage you to pay the fee through DI form depositing the same at the

respective Centre in your city. The Centres will in turn arrange to send these DI forms for fee collection of second or subsequent installment to Kota. We recommend that for payment of second or subsequent installment at the other locations this would be the most convenient mode of fee payment, however, for the payment of first installment we recommend the other modes of fee payment at such locations (other than Kota).

10. If I have provided the DI form for second installment of fee due in near future and in the meantime any scholarship amount is granted to our ward can we provide the revised DI form for the reduced amount of second installment in that case?

Ans. You need not to go for the revised DI form for making the necessary amendment in the second installment of fee amount due. Any scholarship granted to you in the meantime, shall be paid to you transferring the same directly in the bank account details provided by you in the application form, Subject to the completion of formalities involved with respect to the refund process, as applicable.
