Portfolio / Investment ValuationsWe are a pioneer of large-scale residential portfolio valuations and are able to provide a view on the impact of aggregation and the existence of tenancies on value. Our long established regional network of valuers enables us to provide a nationwide service, and close links with our investment and auction teams provides us with up to date transaction evidence which is invaluable. We can mobilise approximately 100 residential valuers to provide quick, accurate assessments of UK wide portfolios.
