ASPEN Living has responded to strongdemand from homebuyers by releasingland at its Byford on the Scarp residentialdevelopment.

A total of 33 lots in Stage 6 came on themarket over the Easter weekend.

Lot sizes on offer range from 559sqm to810sqm, with frontages starting at 18m.

Byford on the Scarp is located on theSouth Western Highway, about 35minutes drive from Perth’s centralbusiness district. It is set among thepicturesque scenery of the Darling Rangeand will eventually consist of about 700homes on large, elevated sites.
