Welcome to the Residence Hall at Skive College Skive College’s Residence Hall is located at Kongsvingervej 1 in connection with the school. Furthermore, the residence hall is beautifully located close to Ådalen and nature walks.

The Residence Hall can accommodate 150 residents; students and course participants. In terms of age, the residents are between 16-60 years.

You are always welcome to contact our Resi-dence Hall staff if you have any further questi-ons.

We hope you have a pleasant stay at the Resi-dence Hall.

Departure The room will be available until 0800 on the day of departure. Key and student card are to be handed in at the supervisory authority office (alternatively the mailbox at the supervisory authority office)

Student card If you are to unlock a door, you must use your student card and the code 1111.

The school does not accept cash, but you can deposit money unto your student card; this is possible at school or at the Residence Hall.

At departure, it is possible to get back the mo-ney there is on the student card at the recepti-on desk.

You can get three cups of free coffee/tea/cocoa at the automats located by the supervisory authority office between 17.30-23.00. To get access to this, 6,00DKK must be available on the student card.

Rooms You will be accommodated in a single room with bathroom ensuite.

In the room, you will find a duvet, a pillow and towels. You yourself must provide toiletries including hand soap.

A TV is provided in each room, but you can also use the TV in the common living room.

Dinner: kl. 17.00-18.00

Please note that only breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are not included and must be paid for separately in the canteen (unless otherwise is agreed upon). Activities The Residence Hall offers several spare time activities such as movies, table tennis, pool, fit-ness room etc. For a detailed plan, please look at the activity plan.

Smoking and alcohol Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited on school grounds.

There are two smoking pavilions available in connection with the Residence Hall.

WIFI WIFI is provided at the Residence Hall.

Students are more than welcome to make use of all the facilities etc. which can be found in the Residence Hall.

Fire alarm system A fire alarm system is installed, which will be activated by fire

You will find fire alarm system three places at the Residence Hall; at the supervisory authority office, at the top floor and at the inward stairca-se by the supervisory authority office.

Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms and in common rooms. By detecting smoke, the smoke detector will set off the fire alarm systems and a siren will sound.

It is strictly prohibited to deinstall the smoke detectors/fire alarms.

If you detect a fire, proceed to the following immediately:

• Call the fire department by calling 112 • Make sure everybody gets out • Try and put out the fire without taking any

safety risks. • Call the Residence Hall staff at +45 99149249

or contact them at the supervisory authority office

If you hear the sirens, leave your room immedi-ately if possible. Remember to close the door, but do not lock it.

If you are unable to exit your room, keep the door closed and make your presence known by going to the window and shout/signal to people outside.
