BOOKING YOUR TREATMENTWe recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure desired times are available. All appointments are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Spa treatments begin as early as 8am and finish as late as 9pm. If you are requiring services outside of these hours, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

CANCELLATION POLICYSpa appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advanced notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. You are responsible for the full amount of the charges if changed within 24 hours of the appointment.

ARRIVALWe encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to check-in, change and enjoy our facilities. A locker, robe, and slippers will be provided upon your arrival. Additionally, we invite you to take time to enjoy the spa facilities to unwind and prepare for

your spa experience. We regret that a late arrival for your spa appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time.

WHAT TO WEAROur therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy. However, undergarments may be worn during treatments, if you wish. The steam rooms and saunas are not co-ed, so swimsuits are optional. Swimsuits are required for the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

AGETo experience the Spa’s treatments, guests must be at least 18 years of age; from 14 to 17 years of age, guests are able to enjoy facial treatments and facilities with a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. Guests under the age of 14 are welcome to enjoy our manicure and pedicure services.

BOURBON HAND & FOOT DETAILINGEnjoy precise grooming in this hand and foot detailing treatment, as well as intense hydration to protect from the elements.
