WHAT IS RESERVATION CONNECTION
(ResCon)?
Reservation Connection is a suite of
proprietary Starwood tools to help
properties manage groups. It consists
of 3 modules:
» Rooming List:
‒ Group Rooming Lists that have attendee
details to create reservations
» Electronic Credit Card Authorization
(eCCA):
‒ Secure electronic form for cardholders to
provide information for charges & services
» eMasterBill:
‒ Digital copy of event’s Masterbill that your
customer can view and download.

WHAT IS ROOMING LIST MODULE
Rooming List is a tool that provides a secure
interface and ability to process large number of
reservations within minutes.
• It gives your meeting planner the ability to send
an Excel formatted rooming list directly to your
property through a secure website for bulk
processing.
• You can process the rooming list in real time and
get confirmation numbers.
• Attendee and meeting planner satisfaction is
improved by accurate reservations and
elimination of errors with manual data entry.
• Eliminate the need for paper rooming lists.
• PCI compliancy for the security and peace of
mind of our customers.

WHAT IS ELECTRONIC CREDIT CARD
AUTHORIZATION MODULE? (eCCA)
Electronic Credit Card Authorization is a secure
process built for guests to submit the credit card
information for paying for individual or group
reservations to a property.
» Guest are able to access the online form via a
secured website and submit credit card details for
individual reservation.
» Meeting planners are able submit credit card
information for event charges as well as guest
reservations.
» E-Mail Notifications are generated for guest or
Meeting Planners when:
‒ Request for submitting credit card information is
generated.
‒ When Credit Card Authorization form is
successfully submitted.
Safe & PCI compliant
channel for submitting credit card information
Customized versions for:
1. Individual
2. Group
Available in 2 languages:

WHAT IS MASTER BILL MODULE?
Master Bill is a tools that allows the properties to post a
master bill for a group that meeting planners can access
online.
» Secure online access to download a master bill.
» Meeting Planners able to download and print the
past bills up to 90 days.

Request access through ServiceNow
Associates will need request access to Reservation Connection (ResCon) for
Log into Bridge. https://bridge.starwoodhotels.com
» Click on eTools and go to MyServiceDesk. Launch Service Desk.
» Click on Application & User Access. Click on Reservation Connection
» Fill all the required details.
Note: Select Yes for “Will access to VIEW Completed eCredit Card Authorization Forms be required” for access to eCCA form? .
» Click on Submit on the right hand bottom corner.
» Once we receive the form along with the required approval from your manager, access will be granted.
GETTING ACCESS TO RESERVATION
CONNECTION
Log into Bridge
https://bridge.starwoodhotels.com
1. Click on eTools. Search for Reservation Connection.
2. On Reservation Connection page click on the Launch
Reservation Connection to get into the app directly.
* Tip: For quicker daily access, click on “Follow” on
Reservation Connection header bar. ResCon can be
access by clicking on Your Stuff- Your Groups & Spaces.
It is strongly recommended to use Internet Explorer
version 11 or higher to access ResCon.

order to view the page.
