Therefore, it is extremely important and necessary to carry out ideological and political education for contemporary college students, which is of great benefit to guiding college students to establish their sense of crisis and responsibility. This paper combines Chinese Marxism with contemporary college students' ideological and political education, and discusses Marxism and college students' ideological and political education. The success of college students' ideological and political education is directly related to the speed of college students' socialization and the success or failure of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. At present, in terms of the study of the institutionalization of college students' ideological and political education, scholars have analyzed and demonstrated from the perspectives of economics, philosophy, and ethics. Starting from the perspective of Marxism, this paper starts with the concept of institutionalization, sorts out the idea of institutionalized construction of ideological and political education at home and abroad, explores the realistic appeal of the institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students, and explores the current institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students. II. IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION OF COLLEGE STUDENTS INSTITUTIONALIZED FEATURE ANALYSIS After an in-depth understanding of the implications of the institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students, it is necessary to further understand the characteristics of the institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students. The system is based on grasping the ideological characteristics and growth rules of college students in the new era, new situation and new situation, focusing on the care and meeting the special development needs of college students and implementing them in a targeted manner. That is, the process of institutionalization contains humanistic care. In short, the ideological and political institutionalization of college students can unify the rigid characteristics of the system and the flexible requirements of education. I. INTRODUCTION College students are very valuable human resources, the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. The success of

college students' ideological and political education is directly related to the speed of college students' socialization and the success or failure of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. At present, in terms of the study of the institutionalization of college students' ideological and political education, scholars have analyzed and demonstrated from the perspectives of economics, philosophy, and ethics. scientific and authoritative nature of institutionalization, but also retains the institutionalized human nature and care.

B. Political and Value Blending The process of institutionalizing ideological and political education for college students is actually a systematic process of

training socialist successors and builders. The whole process has a very high guiding orientation of political ideology. In the process of institutionalizing ideological and political education for college students, it is the banner that only clearly adheres to the development direction of socialism. It is always guided by the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China, and fully implements and follows the relevant ideological and political work of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Education is a series of important expositions to fundamentally guarantee the advanced, scientific and directional nature of China's ideological and political education. At the same time, the process of institutionalizing ideological and political education of college students also contains the value of personal development of college students. College ideological and political education will instill the political thoughts, moral requirements, legal awareness and other content required for the socialization of college students into the minds of college students in an institutionalized, standardized and regularized way to help them better integrate into life and integrate into society. This process contains the guidance of the political direction, so that college students will not enter the misunderstanding of development; at the same time, they have a strong sense of life value, can help college students develop good political behavior habits, and make their political and value reach Perfect blending and unity.

C. Coexistence of Integrity and Openness The institutionalization process of college students' ideological and political education is not a single, one-sided process, but

a comprehensive and systematic process. The institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students is closely related to the whole life of college students. It is not only the process of knowledge transfer, but also the overall process of promoting the internalization and sublimation of knowledge, emotion, meaning, trust and behavior of college students. The institutionalization of ideological and political education for college students is the unity of the institutionalization of the content and the institutionalization process of the operation. The internal links between the system contents and the links in the operation process are inextricably linked. The process of institutionalizing ideological and political education for college students is not a closed, single whole, but an open whole.

III. ADVANCING THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THE INTEGRATION OF CHINESE MARXISM AND CONTEMPORARY COLLEGE STUDENTS' IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION

With the development of reform and opening up, the socialist market economy has shown a prosperous situation. The pace of opening up to the outside world has accelerated and expanded. The increasing popularity of Internet information technology and the impact of foreign culture have profoundly affected people's values. The new environment and the new rhythm changes have brought serious challenges to the ideological and political education of contemporary college students, and have also brought many obstacles to the ideological and political education of integrating Marxism into Chinese students.

A. Some College Students Lack Faith Economic globalization has promoted the diversification and diversification of culture. The continuous expansion of

opening up has strengthened the exchange, integration and fierce collision between Chinese traditional culture and the cultures of the world. The violent impact of culture has brought many challenges to China's adherence to the cultural outlook guided by Marxism, affecting people's values, outlook on life and worldview. While international and domestic cultures are converging and communicating, they also bring about some negative effects. These negative effects are affecting contemporary Chinese college students subtly. Some college students have deviations in their ideological and moral cognition. They can't tell what is good and what is evil, the ability to distinguish between right and wrong is declining, the boundary between beauty and ugliness is ambiguous, and even decaying ideas such as money worship and hedonism are produced. At the same time, some college students advocate Western culture and believe that Western culture is scientific, advanced, and perfect, thus affecting the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. The change of social environment has brought many challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.

B. The Theory and Practice are Separated Theory and practice are dialectical and unified. The theory is applied to practice. In practice, it is tested whether the theory

is correct and whether it meets the actual development needs. At the same time, practice can counteract the theory and promote the continuous improvement of the theory. As we all know, most of the works compiled according to Marxist theory are strictly and abstract in logical thinking. Without thorough and thorough interpretation, it is difficult to stimulate the interest of college students. While some colleges and universities are teaching ideological and political theory courses, they just follow the basics of the book, indiscriminately instilling theories, seriously deviating from practice, neither fully applying Marxist theory to Chinese practice, nor vividly experiencing the Marxist Chineseization theory. The interesting interpretation of the image is not conducive to the formation of correct ideology among college students.

C. The Challenge of the Information Age With the gradual popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology, it is now in an era of rapid

development of information. The network provides various resources and information, and it also rapidly spreads theoretical and cultural information contrary to Marxism, which greatly damages college students. The correct understanding of Marxism also has a huge conflict with its faith. The mentality of college students is not mature enough. The ability to identify network information is not strong enough. It is easily affected by the ideological and ill-conceived ideas on the Internet. If you don’t have the right ideas to guide them for a long time, college students will be harmed by Western wrong ideas. Not conducive to the long-term development of China. It is imperative to guide college students to establish correct beliefs, and this difficult task will eventually fall into the work of ideological and political education, especially the promotion of the theoretical achievements of Marxism in China.

IV. MEASURES TO PROMOTE THE INTEGRATION OF CHINESE MARXISM AND CONTEMPORARY COLLEGE STUDENTS' IDEOLOGICALAND POLITICAL EDUCATION

A. Combination of Science and DirectionAdhering to the principle of combining science and direction is the essence of online Marxist belief education. On the one

hand, directionality means that the education of Marxist beliefs in colleges and universities must adhere to the guiding position of Marxism. It must adhere to the leadership of socialist nuclear values and cultivate college students with firm, comprehensive and free development of ideals and beliefs. This is determined by the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities. China's colleges and universities must always adhere to the principle of educating people and Marxist education, putting Marxist belief education in the first place, and playing the traditional Marxist belief education. The role of the main channel must also pay attention to the application of the new methods of Marxist belief education in the network context. To do a good job in the education of Marxist religious beliefs in colleges and universities in the Internet era, it is a prerequisite to adhere to the guiding position of Marxism, and we must put the directionality first.

B. One Dollar is Dominant and InclusiveThe innovation of the educational concept is first of all to deal with the ideology to dominate the one-dominated and

inclusive relationship. The one-dollar leadership refers to the practice of adhering to Marxist theory in the field of ideological construction in China, adhering to Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches. Especially in the context of the Internet age, various social trends and anarchism are surging in the virtual space. It is even more necessary for us to use Marxism as a guideline for the development of diverse ideologies and to integrate Marxism as essential. The ideology is developing.

C. Strengthen the Quality of the Teaching Staff and Enhance The Ability of TeachersTeachers are life instructors who guide students to have a correct understanding. They can not only teach students the

profound knowledge, but also shoulder the mission of instilling Marxist theory into students. Colleges and universities should fully understand the importance of building a high-quality teaching team. This high-quality faculty team must not only teach itself with morality, teach with morality, teach with morality, but also actively guide university students to carry out Chinese-style Marxist education. From this point of view, in order to promote the development of Marxist theory more quickly, it is necessary to start from the improvement of teachers' ideological consciousness and quality. College academic workers and counselors, their academic research must be closely linked to the development of the country, but also strive to become a communicator of advanced ideology and culture, and a staunch supporter of the party's ruling.

V. CONCLUSION

Marxism guides college students to set up correct concepts in Ideological and political education. Marxist view of nature promotes China's sustainable development. Historical view enables college students to have a deeper understanding of society. The outlook on life urges college students to base themselves on practice and realize the value of life. However, throughout the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, there are still many deficiencies that need to be improved. How contemporary college students arm themselves with Marxism and how to make themselves the driving force of socialist construction is not only a problem that contemporary educators need to think about, but also a problem that contemporary college students need to pay attention to.
