This document is a plan that describes the policies for internationalstandardization promotion activities, and spread the InfraBIM in Japan.

We are considering research that focuses on the methods of thedevelopment plan on the basis of a standardization trend of infraBIM.

In this study, we arranged a conceptual model effect necessary for aninfrastructure platform with international standards using the BSCtechnique for development and management of the project strategy.

2. METHOD2.1 Information topic management according to KJ method

we extracted topics using KJ method about problems within the scope of InfraBIMstandardization activities.

InfraBIM standards and technologies are introduced with many divergences. Therefore, we used the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) of the management technique for a solution.

We can see from the results, standards rearranging and mapping according to BSC.A precise plan, enforcement are enabled by it being said that the whole is most suitable, and mapping the major elements.

• In this papar, this method was strong tool for the three factors of "Common Information Infrastructure (Platform)," which distributed the "process rule," "3D object model data“.

• Not just the digital built environment, it is important to work on BIM human resource development.

• As a result, we became able to expect greater efficiency in the construction sector and improvement of productivity.
