OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The research study has been done keeping in mind the following objectives.

1. To observe the activities of the business.

2. To study how to start a business

3. To project position of the organization for specific period of time.

4. To find weaknesses if any.

5. To provide suggestions to overcome weaknesses.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

SOURCES OF DATA

PRIMARY DATA

Primary data are obtained by a study specially designed to fulfill the data needs of the

problem at hand. They are original in character. Primary data is collected from primary

sources. It is a fresh and first hand data. A primary source usually has more detailed

information particularly on the procedure followed in collecting and complicating the

data. In this study. Researcher has used personal interview with the proprietors, office

bearers of finance department and management to collect a fresh financial data

SECONDARY DATA

Data which are not originally collected but rather obtained from published and

unpublished sources are known as Secondary Data. It constitutes the chief material on

the basis of which statistical data carried out in many investigations. It is desirable that

one should go through the existing literature and learn what is already known or the

general area in which the specific problem or study falls. It helps in getting an idea

about the possible pitfalls avoiding duplication of efforts and wastage of resources.

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

There were certain limitations that identified in this research study, even though every

possible step have been taken to minimize effect of these and to maintain accuracy.

The business performance of the company is analyzed and interpreted for a

limited period therefore there is a time constraint.

Due to business secrecy maintained by the company, the financial data

furnished by the company could be restricted only to the organization

publications and to the knowledge gained by the training.
