Our Consulting Services include:
• Local market analysis, reporting market trends across all asset (and sub asset) classes including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and going concern markets nationally.
• Forecasting services, analysis across major commercial and industrial markets nationally including economic commentary.
• Demographic investigation and analysis on a local area, catchment area or broader regional area with regard to forecasts of population etc.
• Supply and demand analysis, for either a local (site specific) location or broader market to determine competition and likely demand for development.
• Property due diligence, site specific analysis for the purchase of property. Technical due diligence is also available via our Building Consultancy division.
