Contract Amendments• In PAMS, show only the changes:

– Budget (additional $ or decrease in $)– If non-budgetary changes, put in a note

explaining what the change is (changing PI, adding time but no $, etc.)

– For dates, use the period affected by the amendment.

– Please include the abstract again (not “amendment to existing project”) – Can cut and paste.

• Choose “UTRF” as the “funding agency.”• Use the date of Disclosure as project dates.• Usually “applied research” as functional

area code.• Select “Technology Disclosure” as Award

Instrument.• Mark the abstract as NOT for public

disclosure.

RPPR• All multi-year funded (MYF) awards now require RPPRs

for the progress reports instead of eSNAPS.• MYFs are awards for which the project period and

budget period are the same and are longer than one year; examples are C06, DP2, DP3, and R15.
