REQUIREMENTS FOR GETTING MARRIED IN THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY FOR FILIPINO NATIONALS ONLY 1) Certificate of No Record of Marriage (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), duly authenticated (Red Ribbon) by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA); *Please note that CENOMAR must have the same details with the Birth Certificate; 2) No Objection Letter from employer/sponsor of each contracting party; 3) Parental consent if between the ages 18 and 21 yrs. old or Parental advice if ages 22 and 25 yrs. old. If parents are in the Philippines, Parental Consent/Advice should be notarized by nearest notary public, authenticated by Regional Trial Court & Department of Foreign Affairs; 4) Birth Certificate of each contracting party duly authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); 5) Two pieces of 2x2 pictures of each contracting party; 6) Photocopy of passport of each contracting party; 7) Application for Marriage license (form available at the Embassy); and; 8) Fee: Embassy Marriage BD76.520

REQUIREMENTS FOR GETTING MARRIED IN THE PHILIPPINE

EMBASSY FOR FILIPINO NATIONALS ONLY

1) Certificate of No Record of Marriage (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), duly authenticated (Red Ribbon) by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA); *Please note that CENOMAR must have the same details with the Birth Certificate;
