the creation of the last batch of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Four (5,244) teaching positions for the

kindergarten, elementary and secondary levels for SY 2015.

2. Attached are the unnumbered Memoranda, Advisory, Proposed Allocation of SPED Teacher I

Positions and the Proposed Allocation of Teaching Positions (4th batch) SY 2015.

3. Use calibrated RQA if all who reached 70 points in the first RQA had been deployed already.

We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Budget and Management-Central Office (DBM-CO) has granted the authority for the creation of the last batchof Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Four (5,244) teaching positions for thekindergarten/elementary and secondary levels for SY 2015.

This includes SPED Teacher I (300 items) and Teacher I (4,944) positions. TheTeacher Impositions are intended for the following:

\. .' ' ' •

• Qualified Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) under the DepEd-DOLE's "Sa;. Pinas, Ikaw ang Ma'am at Sir" employment program;

o AGAPP recipient schools;<» Requests from various parties (e.g., legislators/party list representatives and

LGUs) which are indicated under the column "Remarks"; and* Divisions/schools that need additional teacher items due to enrollment

increase but were not authorized to hire KVTs/LGU funded teachers.

Kiridly note that the inclusion of returning OFWs is in line with the President'sdirective :tb .give assistance to professional teachers who work as Household ServiceWorkers /(HSWs) in other countries. The "Sa Pinas, Ikaw ang Ma'am at Sir" program-is a' ;DepEd-DOLE initiative which aims to give opportunities to such qualifiedteachers to practice their profession as teachers back here in the Philippines.

Attached is the personal information/profiles of the OFWs, for your ready reference.

The electronic copies of, the deployment report by school have already been e-mailed by-Planning Service to the Regional Offices on 19 October 2015. Consistent with theDBM's existing procedures, the DBM Regional Offices (ROs) will issue the Notice of

Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) directly to theImplementing Units (lUs) based on the deployment report we have submitted.

In this connection, it is assumed that the division offices are now read}' with theirRegistry of Qualified Applicants (RQAs) so that once NOSCAs are issued, divisionsshall immediately proceed with the filling-up of positions. As mentioned in anunnumbered memorandum dated 14 October 2015, these items shall be filled-upbefore December 15,2015.

Further, you are obliged to inform the relevant stakeholders of the allocationprovided through their initiative or request. For this, please refer to the column"Remarks" as indicated in deployment report. However, please be reminded that thelist provided is for DepEd's internal use only.

The profile and assignment of teachers hired and deployed based on the setallocation shall be sent via e-mail by the division to the region for consolidation (seeattached template). The Regional Office shall then submit the consolidated report toPlanning & Programming Division, Planning Service [email protected] copy furnished [email protected].
