ISDN Single Line Service uses NI-2 technologyto provide digital network architecture for both a voice connection and a high- or low-speed dataconnection simultaneously over standard telephone lines (twisted pairs).

ISDN uses digital technology to move data at significantly higher speeds than standard phonelines. Unlike standard phone lines, it allows multiple communications to travel simultaneously ona single line. The speed of your communications is dramatically increased up to 128 kbps,

making it faster and easier for you to conduct business.

Local ISDN Single Line Service offers standard call management services. As many as eightdevices can share a single ISDN line and the line can support many types of devices: digitaltelephones, fax machines, desktop computers, video units and more.

Local Single Line ISDN can support: Broadcast Audio Channels (8 kHz or 16 kHz frequency). Telecommuting with simultaneous voice or fax. Work-at-home with simultaneous voice or fax. Video conferencing 128 kbps, compressed video only. Local area network (LAN) connectivity. High-speed file transfer up to 128 kbps download. Facility backup (e.g. backup to frame relay).
