VBM-610S-A

• NST #30/R8 spindle with 3 HP, EVS inverter driven motor.• Standard with 28” x 14” table• Spindle speeds up to 5,000 RPMs• Meehanite casting are annealed & stress relieved to ensure maximum precision & vibration absorption.• Hardened & ground C3 grade ball-screws pre-tensioned to minimize backlash providing high precision.• Movement and reducing heat deformation on all axes.• Telescopic steel way covers on three axes to protect ways & ball-screws from chips & coolant.• High grade Turcite-B used on way surface is coated and with precision handscrapping, giving maximum wear resistance.

• Box way design on all slideways.

Each machine is inspected by ball bar test to ensure the circular accuracy.

All 3 axes are checked by laser test to ensure positioning and repeating accuracy.

VBM-800-A

• NST#40 spindle with 5HP EVS, inverter driven motor.• Standard with 12” x 50” table, hardened and ground.• Essential castings are made of high grade Meehanite cast iron, which has been stress relieved to provide a rigid machine structure.• Table T-slot is precision ground to exact tolerance.• Precision ball-screws are used on X/Y/Z axes.• X/Y/Z slideways and gibs are coated with Turcite-B to provide smooth and wear resistant surface.• X/Y/Z slideways are hardened and ground for wear resistance and excellent longevity.• 1:2 ratio timing belt pulleys on X/Y/Z axes to increase drive torque.

Skilled hand-scrapping technique

Every contact sliding surface is coated with high grade Turcite-B that maximizes the durability of the slideways and features optimum damping coefficient. The mating surfaces are precision hand scrapped to increase the flatness and improve the geometric accuracy of the whole assembly.

NST#40 spindle• X/Y/Z axes high precision ball-screws, Z axis leadscrew (Z axis ball screw is optional).• Heavy duty saddle length of 47.2” supplies support to table.• Rigid square ways on cross & column.• Hardened & ground on X, Y, Z slideways & table.• Turcite-B coated on X,Y, & Z axis, slideways & gibs.• Counter-balance weight device for milling head.• Y axis front telescopic steel cover to protect the slideway & ball-screw from dust

► High-rigidity spindle complete with cylindrical roller bearing designed for accurate cutting. with chatter, during the cutting process.► Gears, splined shaft and key are made from chrome molybdenum steel SCM415H. They are carburizing, harden and precise grinding to ensure excellent running precision and long duration.► Gear box is lubricated by a forced lubrication system, and all leadscrews are covered by telescopic spring cover.
