The following income and business taxreturns shall be required:1. 2014 Income Tax Returns; and2. Value Added Tax Returns (Form

2550M and 2550Q) or PercentageTax Returns (2551 M) covering themonths of December 2014 andJanuary to May 2015.

Only tax returns filed and taxes paidthrough the Electronic Filing andPayment System (EFPS) shall beaccepted.

Please note that the latest income andbusiness tax returns are those within thelast six months preceding the date of bidsubmission.
