An avid outdoors man, Bobby has always enjoyed the area’s superb hunting, �shing and gol�ng opportunities. Another love of Bobby’s life is his wife, Duchess, whom he met and married a�er moving to Hilton Head. Bobby Raehn (pronounced “ran”) moved from Orlando, Florida to Hilton Head Island thirty-six years ago to take a position with the Sea Pines Real Estate Company. �us began a successful career representing many of the lowcountry’s real estate pioneer developments such as Melrose, Bloody Point, Indigo Run, Belfair, Berkeley Hall, and, Hampton Hall. Bobby joined his friends and real estate colleagues at Gateway Realty in 2006. At the end of 2008, some of Bobby’s long-time friends and clients sought his counsel on options to avoid possible foreclosure in the declining economy. Bobby saw the need for an expert in this area and attended �e Distressed Property Institute and obtained certi�cation as a Distressed Property Expert. Taking lessons learned from past experience and continuous training makes Bobby the type of top notch agent you will �nd at Charter One.
