    Several places need silence. One of them is a hospital. Hospital is a place for people who suffer from illness and need

    high concentration, so they need uiet atmosphere and a place that is far from noisy condition. Although the hospital staff already

    warn the visitors, !ut they still talk in loud voice. "ased on the pro!lem, the authors get an idea to create a device which can !e as

    detector and notifier to the visitors in hospital automatically. #n this research, the authors use theoretical study !y studying a!out

    noisy and components for SOS$%&' then doing e(periment method !y making and testing SOS$%&'. )he series of SOS$%&' is

    microphone, preamplifier, micro *A)M+A -'/, relay, M0' player, amplifier and loudspeaker. Microphone will catch the sound.

    0reamplifier will amplify it. #n micro, the sound will !e processed then it sends an order to M0' 0layer. M0' 0layer plays notify

    voice record if the input is more than 1 deci!el. )he volume of notify voice record will !e increased !y ampliflier. 2oudspeaker

    will produce the notify voice record. 3rom this research, we can conclude that SOS$%&' can !e detector and notifier of noisy

    condition for hospitals.

    1, Introduction

    Hospital is a place for people who suffer from illness and

    need high concentration, so they need uiet atmosphere and a

    place that is far from noisy condition. 4nconsciously, the

    visitors in hospitals usually talk in loud voice. Although there

    are some poster and hospital staff who warn the visitors, !ut

    they still talk in loud voice. #t will distur! patients. "ased on the

    to the visitors in hospital automatically.

    related to noisy and components for the device. )hen, we make

    the SOS$%&' device !y connecting the components. 3or the

    coding, we use Codeision AB. After that, we do e(periment

    to determine the level of noisy condition that will make SOS$

    &. Make 0C" preamp mic and audio amplifier

    6. 0repare preamp mic series and audio amplifier series

    '. Connect the microphone to preamp mic series, then

    output of preamp mic is connected to input A?C of

    microcontroller Atmega-'. A?C used is A?C< at

    A< port.

    1. Connect output microcontroller Atmega-' to relay

    through C< port.

    . Connect relay to M0' player. Belay has function to

    play the sound record at M0' player.

    =. Connect output M0' player to audio amplifier series

    and speaker.
