1. Voice Control Robot:

The “Voice Control Robot” is useful in places where humans find difficult to reach but human

voice reaches. E.g. in small pipeline, in a fire-situations, in highly toxic areas. Bluetooth module

used in range to control using any device.

Easy to control, low cost and also open source language. We can add a multiple sensor for

multiple purposes. Arduinouno is a main thing through which command’s are stored and send

signals to dc motor& action are performed. It has microprocessor that stores Commands &

program codes.

This whole electronics thing works by the help of creating a android application and connected

with Bluetooth module on that basis the tasks are fired from application and performed by

Arduino board.

2. E-smart Home Automation System:

Abstract:

The overall model looks like client-server based system where client requests to the server and it

sends the control command to microcontroller and the corresponding pin/switch gets digital

signal , either to turn ON or OFF.

As the name of the project “e-Smart Home Automation System” suggests that it is automatic in

terms of recognizing and implementing the command given by the user either using smartphone

application or voice.

The user just need an active internet connection, with the help of smartphone, the user can

control the basic home appliances, i.e. fan, bulb/lamps, etc. from anywhere in network. Here, a

user either uses blynk app (available in app stores) or Google assistance for operating the

configured appliances. Particular user acts as a client to the blynk or IFTTT servers and gets

responses at particular pins acquired for the no. of appliances.

3.Street Light that glow on detecting vehicle moments

Abstract:

During night all thelights on the highway remain ON for the vehicles, but lot of energy is wasted

when there is no vehicle movement. Controlling of street light is of utmost importance in

developing country like India to reduce the power consumption. Saving of this energy is a very

important factor these days as energy resources are getting reduced day by day. This project

describes about the circuit that switches the street lights ON detecting vehicle movement and

remains OFF for fixed time duration and become ON when vehicle is detected. This street light

system consists of five features. It automatically controls the street light i.e., off during day time.

It controls the intensity of street light by dimming and brightening the intensity on detection of

any object using LDR sensor.

1. Corn-De seeding Machine:

India presently is in need of technology in the agricultural field. The farmers face a lot of

problem in extracting the grain (seeds) from the crop (harvest) i.e. the huge yield. The farmers

need to do all the segregation processes manually which is a cumbersome task for them and also

this increases the cost of the final products. The law quality in the products can be attributed the

impediment in the use of technology for the agricultural purpose. Taking the example of

separating the corn grains as known is a very cumbersome and time taking process when to be

done on large scale. This consuming of time can be reduced to a considerably large extent by the

use of a corn de-seeding machine. This machine de-seeds the corn in a mechanical way thereby

reducing the time required.

The productivity of the single machine is increased than the existing machine.

If we try to manufacture this machine in mass production the cost of the machine could be

reduced optimally. In this Compact High Production Corn De-seeding Machine, the de-seeding

of corn takes place by shearing action between Casting and Spikes welded to the Drum, the

clearance maintained between the Spikes and Casting is in such a way that increases initially

from the hopper end and it gradually decreases to the casting.

2. Single Cylinder Compressed Hexo machine:

The objective of the project is to prepare a machine which cuts round bars and square

bars of matel without human efforts but operates pneumatically. Compressed air is used as

working media. The compressed air moves the Hacksaw blades of machine to cut the round bars

and square bars of metal. The idea of the project generated due to a manual round bar metal

cutting in workshop of our college. In that machine round bar is placed in the vice and worker

continuously work on that work piece.

But in that working process large human force is required which can make tire to a worker

who continuously works on it for mass production in large scale industry. So to reduce the

human efforts pneumatic machine should choose. Hence for some development of machine. We

have chosen this subject for our project. We hope that a good idea will develop and we can use it

in many industries in surrounding and our practical knowledge team working skill leadership

skills will be improved

3. Pneumatic Grinding machine:

The objective of the project is to prepare a machine which gives good surface finishing to work

piece without human efforts but operates pneumatically. Compressed air is used as working

media. The compressed air moves tool to give smooth finishing. The idea of the project

generated due to a manual surface finishing to wood in our workshop. In that operation work

piece is fixed and one sand paper is used to do the finishing operation. But in that operation we

need to apply more force to give good surface finishing and workers need to work continuously

on particular work piece. For mass production in large scale industry to reduce the human efforts

pneumatic machine should chose. Hence for some development of machine, we have chosen this

subject for our project.

We hope that a good idea will develop and we can use it in many industries in

surrounding and our practical knowledge, team-working skill, leadership skills will be improved.

Surface finish, also known as surface texture or surface topography, is the nature of a surface as

defined by the three characteristics of lay, surface roughness, and waviness. It comprises the

small local deviations of a surface from the perfectly flat ideal (a true plane). Surface texture is

one of the important factors that control friction and transfer layer formation during sliding.

Considerable efforts have been made to study the influence of surface texture on friction and

wear during sliding conditions. Sometimes, stick-slip friction phenomena can be observed during

sliding depending on surface texture. By this machine grinding on hot work piece can be done.

1. Home Made Electric Bike:

It is significant to note that more than 20% of the world’s total primary energy is

consumed in transportation. There are more than 410 million cars currently in the world and in

another 20 years the automobile population will reach one billion marks.

It is also significant to note that after 1970 the new oil discoveries have been very few

and any new discoveries will not make any significant contribution to the world’s energy pool

Transportation sector which consumes a large share of energy resource of the country also

contributes significantly towards pollution.

2. Demonstration of Hydro Power Plant:

The project is about demonstration of hydro power plant hydro power plant is produce

electricity by using water. The Potential energy of the water stored in the dam gets converted

into the Kinetic Energy of the moving water in the penstock. And this Kinetic Energy gets

converted into the Electrical Energy with the help of Turbine. Normally in Plant we used one

turbine but in our project we used two turbine and produce electricity.

The Potential energy of the water stored in the dam gets converted into the Kinetic Hydro

Power Plant the water is move to the turbines which in turn run the electric generator’s Energy of

the moving water in the penstock. And this Kinetic Energy gets converted into the Electrical

Energy with the help of Turbine & Generator (T-G) combination. Hydro Power Plant was

invented by H.F. Rogers. The Hydro Power Plant fulfills the 30% of the total energy needs of the

world.

Hydro electricity in renewable energy source that way we can use unlimited and Reduce the use

of petro, diesel and stops pollution. And 20 or 40 years the petrol and diesel is finished because

is not renewable. But hydro power plant is ecofriendly and we can storage of drinking water

supply and flood controls of they are many advantages of hydro power plant that way is best to

use.

3. Pre-paid Energy Meter using Smartcard:

The project is designed to protect an induction motor from single phasing and over

temperature. Providing a protection system is very important in industries, using lot of motors

such that production is not hampered owing to failure of any motor.

The basic idea for the development of this project is to provide safety to the industrial

motor/pump/lift Motor etc. If any of the phases, out of the 3 phases is missing or if the

temperature of the motor during operation exceeds the threshold value, motor stops immediately.

The system uses a 3-Phase power supply where three single phase transformers are connected to

it. If any of the phases is not available the corresponding transformer stops supplying power to

the circuit. This leads to one of the four relays getting switched OFF. The main relay which is

powered through a set of four relays gets disconnected because of one relay not being powered.

Thus the main relay that delivers 3 phase supply to the motor gets disconnected. A thermistor is

connected to the motor body to sense the temperature. If the temperature increases then supply to

the fourth relay is disconnected.

Further the project can be enhanced by using current sensors for over load protection and

phase sequence sensor for protecting the motor from applying wrong phase sequence.

Abstract:

Earthquake Resistant Structures Are Structures Designed To Protect Building From

Earthquakes. An Earthquake Is A Phenomena Resulting From The Sudden Release Of Stored

Energy In The Earth’s Crust Which Creates Seismic Waves. Earthquake proof buildings...one

way to make a simple structure more resistant to these lateral forces is to tie the walls, floor, roof

and foundations into a rigid box that holds together when shaken by a quake. Base isolation,

also known as seismic base isolation or base isolation system, is one of the most popular means

of protecting a structure against earthquake forces. It is a collection of structural elements which

should substantially decouple a superstructure from its substructure resting on a shaking ground

thus protecting a building or non-building structure's integrity. Base isolation is one of the most

powerful tools of earthquake engineering pertaining to the passive structural vibration

control technologies.
