Introduction

A Programme on Cleaner Production Promotion in Chemical Sectors held on 19/09/2016

at 10:30 am in the conference room of Nandesari Industries Association wherein 35

industries were present. The programme aimed to make the industrialists aware about the

Cleaner Production, its background, CP techniques and tools and methodology to

implement; with that, to show them case studies on Chemical sector to which help them to

implement in the industries for waste reduction and better efficient operation. To upgrade

the knowledge of wastewater treatment in textile sector and make them aware about the

financial assistance provided by Government of Gujarat for implementation of Cleaner

Production and Environment Protection Measures. To guide them about Gujarat Industrial

Policy 2015 for financial Assistance Scheme.
