Problem1. #efractor$ insulation at clinger seal bo% area has
been eroded and the bed
material has been pops outside @ 160609 11.10 pm ith a !oiler
load of
10'-10( "P) and bed temp of 9*0-9(0 deg +. ,fter this incident

compartment has been slumped off and all other compartment here
in
operation e%pect 6thcompartment ith boiler load of 7'-7* "P)
Causes and suggested solution:
1. rosion of refractor$ started from clinger door seal bo% area
and the
boiler as under near full load operation from 0*0609 to till
this incident. t
has been obser/ed that !+ personnels didnt place a refractor$
!ric2 lining at
clinger door area as it as clearl$ shon in ,rrg. 3f #efractor$
draing.
