Habilian association meets Iraq i president, TalabaniIn during Iraqi president, Jalal Talabani, travel to Iran, Habilian association

Secretary General, Mr. Seyed Javad Hasheminejad, met and talked to him

about terror victims families status and Habilian associations activities andexpressed hope that Iraqi governments decision to expulsion of Munafeqin

perform as sooner as its possible

Then Mr. Talabani expressed his regret because of existence of this

organization in Iraq and also he announced that this organization has caused

a lot of changing in Iraq, such as establishment of security system in Iraq and

attraction of public opinion toward their group, which also had direct relation

with dictator and criminal government of Saddam.

Talabani also declared: This group has been paid a lot in an attraction to

Iraqs Kurdistan by assistance of Saddam and it caused to kill tens of their

members.

Mr. Talabani said: In last days of Saddam government, this terrorist group

takes an opportunity and to defend and support of Saddam Battiest regime

formed an other group to attack a convoy of Iraqi pilgrims and also killed a lot

of innocent pilgrims.

At the end, Mr. Talabani again expressed his regret and represented: this

group is hated by all of Iraqi nation and after this disaster, Iraqi government

asked to expulsion of them from Iraqs land and the government gave them a

deadline for six month to leave Iraq.

Habilian Official Meets Iraqi PM "MKO backed by Saddam Hussein killed many Iranians and in our view this

group is a criminal gang," said Seyed Javad Hasheminejad, secretary general

of Habilian Association.According to Mehr News Agency in Mashhad, in a meeting with Iraqi PM Mr.

Nuri al-Maliki, Seyed Javad Hasheminejad presented a report on the situation

of families of the victims of MKO terrorist activities; he also praised the stance

of Iraqi officials on fighting terrorism and urged the immediate execution of

their decisions.

"Habilian Association is ready to provide Iraqi officials with the documents and

evidences of crimes committed by this group," he said.

Pointing to the strong motives in Iraqi government for putting MKO leaders on

trial, Hasheminejad said: "Backed by Saddam Hussein, Mojahedin killed many

Iranians and we consider this group a criminal gang."

In the meeting, Iraqi PM advised on how to present documents and evidences

to Iraqi courts and officials and stressed that he would discuss the issue with

judicial officials of his country.

"I promise to do whatever needed to help you, which is in fact a help to our

own country," Mr. Maliki said.

He also commemorated martyr Hasheminejad.

MKO W ill Be Expelled from IraqThe head of Iraqi parliament said: "The MKO will be expelled from Iraq

according to Iraq's constitution."

Dr. Mahmud al-Mashhadani, in his visit to the holy city of Mashhad on hursdaymet with the members of Habilian Assoication and a number of families of

terror victims. "Terrorist MKO, with the help of other terrorist groups, is

involved in the crimes taking place in Iraq."

"MKO's being supported by Baathists, Americans and Israelis and conducts

terrorist operations with their money. They are also trying to divide Shiites and

Sunnis and at the same time are involved in killing from both sides."

Al-Mashhadani also said: "As the head of Iraqi parliament, I'm ready to defend

and support your case in Iraqi courts."

In this meeting, secretary general of Habilian Association said: "Such strong

comments and the expression of hatred toward the MKO by Iraqi people and

officials are what we have in common. "Mojahedin-e khalq tries to stay in Iraq

and despite the fact that Iraqi people and authorities have this group, under

the protection of Americans, it's still plotting against Muslims."

Mr. Hasheminejad added that "Habilian Association, representing more than

12000 martyrs killed by terrorists of MKO, has gathered documents and

evidences on the criminals of this group. We ask you, as the head of Iraq

parliament and a prominent Sunni figure, to help us take our complaint to Iraqi

courts."

Mashhadani was accompanied by a number of officials from commissions of

Iran and Iraq parliaments as well as members of Kurd and Sunni coalition.

Habilian Secretary General Meets Iraqi Deputy PMIraqi deputy prime minister addressed families of terror victims, who have

been assassinated by the Munafeqin group, and said: I assure you that

Munafeqin will be quickly expelled from Iraqs land.Mr. Barham Saleh in a meeting with Mr. Seyed Javad Hasheminejad,

Secretary General, And Mohammad sanavi, executive director of Habilian

association, primarily expressed sympathy with the families of martyrs and

then explained the measures taken by Iraqi government for expelling the MKO

(Mujahedeen-e Khalq organization) and determining its legal status.

Barham saleh said that the MKO is the enemy of both Iran and Iraq and also

adding: Iraqi government and nation understand the hostile stances of this

terrorist group and believe that their presence in Iraq is in contradiction with

Iraqi interests.

He pointed to the establishment of a commission in the Iraqi government,

tasked with investigating the case of MKO, and said: "regarding the reports of

this commission and given their treacherous history against Iraqis and the fact

that they have been part of Saddam's brutal system to suppress Iraqs people,

Iraqi government is determined to expel them and I hope it will be quickly

performed.

Also he addressed the families of martyrs and added: Iraqi people, especially

Iraqi Kurds, have suffered from the MKO and therefore they ask for its

expulsion.

Then Seyed Javad Hasheminejad, representing the families of 16000 victims

of terror operations, presented a report on the situation of the families.

He appreciated Iraqi government's focus on the issue and provided the Iraqidelegation with a report on the activities of Habilian and its goals.

Regarding to Habilians activities, Mr. Berahm Salehi suggested them to have

an appointment with Mr. Shirvan Vaeli, Iraqi security minister that it also

happened. You can read it in next report.

Very Soon We Can See Munafeqin ExpulsionIraqi foreign minister deputy in meeting with Habilian executive board

declared:

Very soon we will see the positive results of Munafeqin expulsion processfrom Iraq and also see a new Iraq without any terror and terrorist.

Mr. Mohammad Hamood, legal deputy of Iraq foreign minister, who had come

to Mashhad in order to opening of Iraqi council, in a meeting with Mr. Seyed

Javad Hasheminejad, secretary general, Mohammad Sanavi, executive

director of Habilian association and numbers of martyrs children, was

informed on Habilian activities against terrorist group and especially

Munafeqin; and after that he also expressed some statements on Iraqi

government attitudes against illegal presence of Munafeqin group.At the first of meeting, Mr. Hasheminejad expressed his pleasure of Mr.

Hamood presence in Iran and also declared that opening of consulate office in

Mashhad is a new way into the expansion of ties between Iran and Iraq

governments and also a bridge to make the relations of two countries easy.

Then he pointed to presence of terrorist groups, which have threatened thesecurity of Iraqi people and neighboring countries, and also Iraq and Iran

people sufferings from presence of terrorist groups, especially Munafeqin in

Iraq. Habilian secretary general presented a list of 16000 victims, who have

been martyred by this terrorist group, and then said: during Saddam regime,

Iraq had been changed to a safe base for terrorist groups, especially

Munafeqin. Even there is some undeniable evidence and documents that

indicate Saddam would has supported them and ordered directly to

assassination of some Iranian governmental and military figures. Also these

documents indicate that this group has been used against Iraqi Kurdish

groups.

Then he explained the international conventions, which obligate the countries

of UN to expulsion of terrorists and not giving refugee status to them and after

that appreciated Iraqs decision to expulsion of MKO and also declared that

some of their evidently legal claims are illegal.

Mr. Mohammad Hamood, deputy of Iraq foreign minister, expressed his

sympathy with Iran people, especially terror martyrs families and also

reminded that: terrorist groups from all around the world are in Iraq and in

each day tens or hundreds of Iraqi people are assassinated by them, but this

point is too significant that since establishment of new government in there,

officials demanded to expulsion of them and also they posed this issue to

strange forces in Iraq. He also said that they will continue to achieve their

goal.

At the end of this meeting, list of 16000 terror victims has been presented to

legal deputy

of Iraqi foreign minister to help them to expulsion of Munafeqin from Iraq.

Habilian meets I raqi MP Iraqi MP pointed to Iraqs enemies, who want to disunite Shiite and Sunni in

Iraq and also represented keeping MKO in Iraq increase factional war in here.

Mr. Honain GHaddou, member of human rights commission in Iraqiparliament, after negotiating with Habilian Secretary General about status of

Mujahedeen terrorist group, announced his old relation with Iran and Islamic

Revolution and knows this terrorist groups backgrounds very well.

In recent conditions of Iraq, MKO is used by occupations as an instrument

against Iraqi nation and to interfere in legal government of this country Mr.

Ghaddou reminded.

Americans have vowed to disarm and surround this group but on the other

side they also made some problems to expulsion of them he added.

Mr. Hasheminejad explained human rights dimension of this case and

declared that this Americans action leads to violation of human rights and

also prevents captives and protestor to leave Ashraf Camp.

MKO Expulsion UnderwayMKO's expulsion from Iraq is underway," said Iraqi ambassador to Iran,

Mohammed Majid Al-Sheikh in an interview with Mehr News.

Following a meeting with the secretary general of Habilian Association inMashhad Seyed Javad Hasheminejad, Mr. Sheikh talked to Mehr News and

said:

"The scheduled plan of the government to restrict the terrorist MKO and expel

its elements from Iraq shows the faithfulness of the government to its

promises on fighting terrorism."
