What a hypocite that doctor was to even attend a Christian Church.

I have a feeling his office may be closed tomorrow morn. And that's a good thing.

But this is a lose/lose situation. It was not right for anyone to have killed anyone.

What galls me most is the article. The article describes this guy as a “late term abortion provider.”

Why not label the doctor what he was, a partial birth abortion provider? The man committed infanticide, legally.

And, yes, I agree with you, this will have a bad ending for us abortion opponents.

Due to the innocuous euphemism used to describe what this doctor engaged in, there will be no sympathy for abortion foes.

My mom is a “right to choose” person. Yet, even she thinks partial birth abortion is an atrocity. Mostpeople agree that partial birth abortion is infanticide.

Instead, the press will portray this doctor as a paragon of community spirit, family values and work ethic.

The spin already started with this article.

Whether he will be judged as a murderer by God may be an open question, and none of us know the answer.

In 1942 Reinhard Heydrich was killed in Prague in cold blood. Czech commandos committed what was by the law of the land murder. They were from a country that had surrendered and they were not in uniform. They did this because he was orchestrating the destruction of the Czech people. Did they kill a tyrant or commit murder or both? There is also the case of course of John Brown and slavery.

Yes we must obey our laws, until we can no longer live with the result of not obeying them.

I hope everyone here is intelligent enough not to openly celebrate this murder. For all we know, he might have cut the guy off on traffic, or been his ex-brother-in-law, nobody knows yet. But whatever, that was a sick SOB to shoot a man as he walked into church.

Innocent people, maybe kids, had to watch that. And on top of that, if a man is walking owards a church, theres always hope God is about to speak to his heart that day.Not cool on church steps. Not in the least.

You make the mistake of thinking that the abortion debate is won or lost in the judical and political endof the spectrum. As important as theose two arena’s are, that isn’t where they are won at all.

This is won or lost in the hearts and minds of ordinary people, and in that arena, the Leftists have already lost.

It is simply wrong to ambush and kill another human being. You have a good point. It will be used bythose invested in our national killing factories to marginalize pro-life. Engaging in extra-judicial killing of people who are engaged in legally sanctioned killing(whether abortion or executing criminals) is a slippery slope you don't want to go down.

Imagine if liberals started killing prison guards/chaplains etc... that were involved in executions.

There's a reason we're a nation of laws and not men. Excusing the killer in this case is fundamentally anti-american. If you want to get rid of abortion, do it in the courts and in the realm of public opinion. Otherwise you just push America one step closer to totalitarianism. I'm sure the feds already monitor FR. How much do you want to bet that somebody in this thread gets a knock on the door?
