Anna Morris, mariée et mère de deux jeunes enfants, travaille comme réceptionniste dans

un hôtel de Silicon Valley. Pour débuter sa journée de travail à l’hôtel à 7h, elle se levait

à 3h du matin pour se préparer, emmener ses enfants chez sa mère et faire la route. Elle

était de retour chez elle 16 heures plus tard ! Epuisée par cette vie, elle a proposé à son

patron une formule de télétravail, qui consiste à recevoir les clients de l’hôtel non pas
