    1.Process Description for MI smelter

    2.Describe provisions for anode refining and casting :

    The following are included in our scope of work to complete the facilities.

    1) Two anode furnaces which holding capacity is 400 ton / each

    2) One anode casting wheel which capacity is 100 ton/hr

    3) Required auxiliaries for the above such as Anode furnace uptakes, Anode

    furnace off gas handling systems, cranes, launders, burners, Mold castingfacility.

    For you to understand our scope of work, we are attaching herewith

    Process flow sheet for MI smelter which are a part of 1,830,000 MTPY

    proposal for your reference.

    3.Describe provisions for slag cleaning for CMT :

    Slag cleaning for CMT is excluded from our proposal.

    4.Do the WHB for MI unit incorporate steam super heater or is it a

    separate unit ? What is the estimate steam rate?

    That is a separate unit which is included in our scope of work. The expected

    steam generation rate is 71 ton/hr at normal operating condition.

    5.What is the capacity (ton/day), dry gas flow and % SO2 to the new

    acid plant :

    New acid plant design capacity is as follows, which is shown in our proposal.

    - 2,980 WNm3/min at 16.57 % SO2 which corresponds to 3,104 T/D (100%

    H2SO4).

    6.How are reverts and refinery scrap handled?

    1)Reverts from MI smelter will be crushed at New crushing facility

    (Lime/Lumpy crushing) and sent back to MI smelter by conveyor from the

    crushing facility.

    MTPY proposal for your reference.

    2) Anode scrap from refinery will be melt at C-furnace and Anode furnace at

    MI smelter. Anode scrap charging machine is provided to charge light

    weight anode scraps to C-furnace, and heavy scraps will be charged to

    anode furnace by means of overhead crane.

    7.Describe the electrical facilities that are included:

    Main substation including Emergency diesel engine generator(s) and unit

    substations (at MI smelter, New Acid plant and New Oxygen plant, Newcrushing plant) are included in our scope of work.

    For you to understand our scope of work, we are attaching herewith Single

    line diagram which are a part of 1,830,000 MTPY proposal for your reference.

    8.What is estimated % sulfur fixation for the MI unit and for the MI

    unit plus CMT?

    Expected sulfur fixation ratio are as follows, which are shown in our proposal.

    - 96.7% when both MI smelter and Existing smelter are in operation.

    - 98.9% when only MI smelter is in operation.

    9.What is overall gas flow prevision for secondary gas collection :

    Secondary gas collection system for MI smelter includes dust collector, stack,

    ducting, dampers as well as conveyor system for dust recycle.
