Replacing your iQ3Let’s get you going! Follow these simple steps to install your new iQ3.
1 Connect your new iQ3
2 Pair your Bluetooth remote
4 Connect your iQ3 to the internet
5 Tune your free-to-air channels
– Remove the cables from the back of your current iQ3, and connect them into the same sockets on your new iQ3, one by one.
– Replace your current Power Pack and Lead with the new Power Pack and Lead included in this kit E .
– Once you’re connected, use your TV remote to select the HDMI source you’ve connected to.
To get the most out of your iQ3 features, connect your Ethernet cable from your internet access point to the back of the iQ3, or if your modem isn’t within reach of your iQ3, connect to WiFi by following these steps:
To receive your free-to-air channels* off your TV aerial, check you’ve connected your iQ3 to your aerial wall plate, then:

Select Home on your iQ3 remote, then arrow right and select Settings.
Select Home, arrow right and select Settings.
Select WiFi.
Select Quick Scan.
Select Internet Connection.
Select Terrestrial Channels from Settings.
Select your network.
Select Begin Scan.
Enter your WiFi password, select Done and you will be advised once connected.
Once scan is complete select View TV Guide.

6 Return your old Set Top Box
Press and hold the Home button on the iQ3 remote until the light at the top of your remote stops flashing and remains blue, then you’re all set!
Once the standby button on your iQ3 has turned blue, bring your remote to the front of your box. Brush your hand slowly across the front of your iQ3 until the front panel lights up.
To reset your existing remote, press and hold the button located underneath the battery cover.
Returning your equipment is easy. All you need to do is refer to the document enclosed in this kit that outlines your return options.
Included in this kit, you should have:
– iQ3 Box
– Power Pack and Lead
– A document detailing how to return your old iQ3 Box
You’ll also need these items from your current Foxtel setup:
3 Call 1300 732 681 to activate your iQ3
Don’t be a maverick – make sure your TV and existing iQ3 are turned off at the wall.
