She is a trusted advisor to leading South African and International businesses and has designed innovative solutions to seamlessly translate thinking, ideas, tasks and goals into execution. Rentia had an executive management career of almost 20 years within Telkom, Ford, Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz in countries such as South Africa, USA, Mexico, and Germany. It was on her return to Germany after serving as CFO of Mercedes Benz in Mexico that Rentia decided to pursue her artistic talent. She combined her interest of fractures, logic and binary code nurtured when she was only 15 years old with sacred geometry and sculpture. “A great sculpture can activate the space inside and around it,” says Rentia, and “depending from which angle you look at it, it creates new perspectives and insights. The main motives grows within the overall form and it's composed of interlocking, flowing, complementary and contrasting geometric shapes.” Rentia related her sculpturing to organizational strategy and developed a Spiral Methodology in order to solve a complex problem for Daimler in Asia. She realized that there were simply too many dimensions and variables in the Daimler challenge with everyone working in silos and no alignment to individual tasks, departments, functions or strategy. To structure the complexity in order to make sense of the chaos, Rentia started looking at patterns, and realized there were models within models – a matrix in a matrix. She appraises organisations as sculptures, seeing the interlocking, flowing, complementary and contrasting shapes and applies the Matrix thought architecture or Eco-system thinking. It beautifully aligns complexity, integrates knowledge, provided better insights and increases the speed of which a solution can be designed. “Later on I learned that the real ingenuity of the matrix was in how it enables collective thought and how it can connect and enable teams to work across an organization in a more energetic and agile way,” says Rentia. Rentia returned to South Africa with her family and started her entrepreneurial journey by co-founding SCIENTRIX in 2004. Her team has since developed and launched a technology platform to support the Eco-system thinking model. SCIENTRIX offers a simple, yet clever collaborative thought modelling and execution tool that enables individuals, teams and organisations to think smarter, adjust faster and execute better. We have established ourselves as a proven partner to leading organisations around the globe when it comes to strategy design, alignment, cascading and execution. We support organisations in their digital transformation journey and we make it easy for them to connect the strategic landscape. Rentia is passionate about the ability to unleash the collaborative mind potential of people in order to create a better and happier existence for all, both now and in the future. The SCIENTRIX Matrix Concept is recognized as one of the most powerful thought models in Management Science today. “A great sculpture can activate the

space inside and around it,”

says Rentia

“In business, we actually build trees,” says Rentia Muell who is considered a master

Eco-systems thinker and creator of the SCIENTRIX Matrix thought architecture that

helps people and companies make sense of complexity by understanding the

connectivity to seemingly unrelated items. She is a trusted advisor to leading South

African and International businesses and has designed innovative solutions to

seamlessly translate thinking, ideas, tasks and goals into execution.

Rentia had an executive management career of almost 20 years within Telkom, Ford,

Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz in countries such as South Africa, USA, Mexico, and

Germany.

It was on her return to Germany after serving as CFO of Mercedes Benz in Mexico

that Rentia decided to pursue her artistic talent. She combined her interest of

fractures, logic and binary code nurtured when she was only 15 years old with sacred

geometry and sculpture. “A great sculpture can activate the space inside and around

it,” says Rentia, and “depending from which angle you look at it, it creates new

perspectives and insights. The main motives grows within the overall form and it's

composed of interlocking, flowing, complementary and contrasting geometric

shapes.”

Rentia related her sculpturing to organizational strategy and developed a Spiral

Methodology in order to solve a complex problem for Daimler in Asia. She realized

that there were simply too many dimensions and variables in the Daimler challenge

with everyone working in silos and no alignment to individual tasks, departments,

functions or strategy.

To structure the complexity in order to make sense of the chaos, Rentia started

looking at patterns, and realized there were models within models – a matrix in a

matrix. She appraises organisations as sculptures, seeing the interlocking, flowing,

complementary and contrasting shapes and applies the Matrix thought architecture

or Eco-system thinking. It beautifully aligns complexity, integrates knowledge,

provided better insights and increases the speed of which a solution can be designed.

“Later on I learned that the real ingenuity of the matrix was in how it enables

collective thought and how it can connect and enable teams to work across an

organization in a more energetic and agile way,” says Rentia. Rentia returned to

South Africa with her family and started her entrepreneurial journey by co-founding

SCIENTRIX in 2004.

Her team has since developed and launched a technology platform to support the

Eco-system thinking model. SCIENTRIX offers a simple, yet clever collaborative

thought modelling and execution tool that enables individuals, teams and

organisations to think smarter, adjust faster and execute better.

We have established ourselves as a proven partner to leading organisations around

the globe when it comes to strategy design, alignment, cascading and execution. We

support organisations in their digital transformation journey and we make it easy for

them to connect the strategic landscape.

Rentia is passionate about the ability to unleash the collaborative mind potential of

people in order to create a better and happier existence for all, both now and in the

future.

The SCIENTRIX Matrix Concept is recognized as one of the most powerful thought

models in Management Science today.

Rentia views the last 10 years of her life as 'entrepreneurial' years and sees the future

as “exponential” years. She is dedicated to keeping the company ahead of trends,

making sure that they stay innovative and competitive. “SCIENTRIX will find its own

way into the world” is her motto. Her team thrives in a creative environment, with

room to play, breathe, think and create.
