TAPE MASTIC 3/4" TYP.

1. TRIM CUT OPENING TO 20% SMALLER THAN THEPIPE DIAMETER OR ALONG THE PIPE DIAMETERMARKINGS ON THE CONE. LEAVE 1/2" STRAIGHTCOLLAR AGAINST PIPE FOR MAXIMUM SEALING.

2. SLIDE SLIDE PIPE FLASHING OVER PIPE TO BEFLASHED. MAKE SURE AREA IS CLEANED FIRST ANDTHE PIPE HAS NO SHARP EDGES THAT WOULDDAMAGE THE FLEXIBLE MEMBRANE. WATER MAY BEUSED AS LUBRICANT IF NECESSARY.

3. SEAL APPLY TAPE MASTIC (3/4TM) TO THEUNDERSIDE OF THE ALUMINUM BASE.

4. FORM BEND ALUMINUM BASE TO CONTOURSOF THE ROOF PANEL. A LARGE SLOTSCREWDRIVER OR SIMILAR BLUNT TOOL MAY BEUSED TO PRESS THE BASE INTO TIGHT AREAS.

5. FASTEN SECURE THE PIPE FLASHING TO THE ROOF#14 ROOF FASTENERS. PANEL WITH SEEMANUFACTURES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FASTENERLAYOUT, LOCATIONS AND QUANTITIES.

SAFETY PRECAUTION: USE OSHA APPROVED TIEOFFS, NETTING OR RAILING WHEN WORKING ONROOF AREAS.
