• Sello and Siemens have been cooperating since 2003. Sello was awarded the
EU’s Energy Service Award in 2011 and in 2015 became the first shopping
center in Europe to receive the LEED environmental rating system’s platinum
classification for its operations.
• A Siemens cloud-based energy and sustainability platform is used to monitor
and optimize the center’s ventilation units, room sensors and lighting
systems.
