    Fees / participant: INR 800/-

    Minimum participants / workshop: 120; Maximum participants / workshop: 250

    The host college will provide the following:

    a. Classroom/hall/space that can accommodate all the participantsb. Extension cords to make charging laptops easier. Around 15% of students must be asked to carry their laptops.c. Projector + sound system + 2 to 3 wireless mics + 1 collar mic (please ensure that projector / screen is such that all participants are able to view with ease

    or check if more than 1 projector can serve the purpose)

    d. 2 3 volunteers for assistancee. White board with marker (even black board will do)f. Boarding and lodging with local pick-up & drop facilities for the personnel (*if possible)
