New employees

We welcome back Henry Sollengren after a short break that included a spot of parental leave. Henry is an expe-rienced assembler and welder who spends much of his time on-site with our customers.

Ann Bringefors has replaced Agneta Granstrand as head of finance and administra-tion. Ann joins us from Enaco where she was in a similar role.

Eva Westlén has joined our sales sup-port team. Eva qualified as a mechani-cal engineer at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and she has experience as a laboratory technician with responsibility for quality assur-ance of petroleum prod-ucts. entre Mann Naturenergie has considerable experience of the bio-energy industry and has formed an organisation to sell Svensk Rökgasenergi’s products. The family-run Mann group includes transport and energy companies as well as consultancy services in energy. The Group is active in renewable energy in the form of wind power and bio-mass as well as producing electricity, heating and wood pellets.

The company has certification as a supplier of green electricity and has won a series of awards for environ-

ment-friendly and innovative energy technology. The UN branch office in Bonn is one of Mann Naturenergie’s customers of green electricity.

Mann Naturenergie was formed in 1994 and has 80 employees. The Mann group’s history goes back to 1925, when Emil Mann started a transport company to carry construction material. Today the Group’s main business areas are both transports and renewable energy, and its business is becoming more and more international. For more informa-tion, see www.mann-energie.de

New partner in GermanySvensk Rökgasenergi has signed an agent agreement on the German market with Mann Naturenergie GmbH & Co. KG in Langenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz. The company was formerly a customer of Svensk Rökgasenergi. The System Renergi gas con-denser plant will be inaugurated in one of Mann Naturenergie’s pellets factories on 6 June.

Energy-efficient pellets production in LesseboVida-Gruppen has placed an order with Svensk Rökgasenergi for a complete gas condenser plant with electro-static precipitator and water treatment system for delivery to the company’s pellets factory in Lessebo, Sweden. The bio-boiler has an output of 23 MW and it is calculated that the condenser will produce an additional 6 MW. Final installation is planned for the week starting 9 July.

Repeat order from Vaggeryds EnergiVaggeryds Energi AB has commissioned Svensk Rökgasenergi to install a gas condenser plant at the district heating plant in Vaggeryd. The assignment will be performed as a complete contract project comprising the Renergi GK D1000 condenser with water treatment system. The condenser will be con-nected to two solid fuel boilers with a total output of max. 10 MW. Delivery is planned for the week starting 11 June and the equipment will be taken into operation in the autumn.

This is the second assignment Svensk Rökgasenergi has received from Vaggeryds Energi this year. The previous order was for a gas condenser plant for the heating plant at Skillingaryd, which was also performed as a complete contract project.

Nordic Bioenergy Con-ference in StockholmThe Nordic Bioenergy Conference will be held on 11-13 June. The conference is being organised by Svebio in co-op-eration with its sister associations in Scandinavia, Nobio, Danbio and Finbio, and will be held in the City Conference Centre (Norra Latin/Folkets Hus) in Stockholm.

Lennart Granstrand will make a speech in Session III on the subject of biomass raw materials. He will present new energy-efficient solutions based on gas condensation.

The conference programme, includ-ing study trips etc., is available at www.nordicbioenergy2007.se

Svensk Rökgasenergi has also signed an agent agree-ment with ISO Sp. z o.o. regarding compre-hensive solutions for municipalities in Po-land. A large number of district heating plants are to be converted from coal to biofuel and there is great potential for Svensk Rökgasenergi’s condenser system. The first system is

expected to be installed during the third quarter of this year.

ISO – which has no con-nection with the interna-

tional standards organi-sation of the same name – was formed in 1999 and offers complete solutions, including

financing, to the 2,650 municipalities in Poland.

The company’s head office is in Kolbudy, just to the north of

Gdansk, and there are 7 employees.

Sharper focus on Poland

More district heating on island of ÖlandSvensk Rökgasenergi has received an order from Hotab to supply System Renergi to Färjestaden’s district heating plant in Mörbylånga municipality. Initially, the Renergi GK D700 gas condenser with water treatment system will increase output from the plant’s 3 MW boiler. The plant will also be adapted for the installation of an addi-tional similar biofuel boiler. The condenser equipment will be delivered in the week starting 10 September and the heating plant will be started up in the autumn.
