Irony

• The use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning

Analogy

• A similarity between like features of two things, on which a comparison may be based.

Onomatopoeia

• Is the formation of a word from a sound associated with what is named.

Metaphor

• A figure of speech in which an implied comparison is made between two unlike things that actually have something in common.
