Seattle SchoolsSeattle Schools hires, transfers, or modifies positions for new teachers and substitute
teachers every year. Many employees have concurrent assignments. The hiring,
change, and leave processes were lengthy and full of opportunities for errors. They
utilized GuiXT to streamline the process and reduce errors that resulted in
overpayments, inaccurate leave accruals, inaccurate seniority calculations, inaccurate
pay, inability to access employee self-service, and missing or incorrect information.
