Poster Session: The poster session will take place from 8:00am-8:30am. Please arrive early!
Cancellations: If you no longer plan on attending Stay Day, please email [email protected]
Nametags: Registration begins at 8:00 am in the lobby of the Krutch. Please bring a name tag
Identification: Wine will be offered at the networking reception at 4:00pm. Bring a valid passport or driver’s license to
get a wristband and plan your transportation accordingly.

Printed programs will be available at the event as well as on guidebook.

Clark Kerr Southwest Lot (entrance: Warring St) is the closest available parking. Parking is limited, so please consider
carpooling or taking alternative transportation. Parking Permits: C, F, M, RH valid M-F 7:00am - 5:30pm
The next closest C, S, F and public permit lot is Underhill Garage, located between Channing Way and Haste St.
Street parking is limited and vehicles without permits are subject to two-hour restrictions between 8:00am - 7:00pm.
Bus: 49 – Rockridge Bart/Dwight- Depart from Durant Ave & Telegraph, arrive at Warring St & Parker St
51B – Rockridge Bart- Depart from Durant Ave & Telegraph Ave, arrive at College Ave & Parker St
