Common Tables • Monitor information from Vendors• We add system-wide deductions• If reporting is required, we write process• After entering, we test implementation • Implementation date is on calendar• Send implementation memo/post notes

Deduction Codes

• Don’t add new unique deductions for common vendors– HCA– DRS– TIAA-CREF

• Causes problems with transmittals

Health Savings Accounts

• Health Equity will not process negatives

• Negatives are excluded from transmittal

• Do not process net negatives. HSA has manual process.

• Call SBCTC-ITD if process negative with zero or positive net

CEIS
